CfjordAnna is a Higly Skilled & Compassionate CommunicatorAnna is supremely unique in her ability to blend her science training and healing applications, and deliver it in a way that is clear, sensitive, and deeply compassionate. If you are dealing day after day, month after month, and year after year, with bone crushing non-stop fatigue, chronic pain, mystery ailments, PTSD related chronic illness and complex thought patterns, that inadvertantly aid your illness, you would make a wise investment, working with Anna. In dealing with Fatigue, Burnout, or some “mystery ailment” one would benefit greatly in focusing their attention towards Anna’s body of work. Cliff Jepsen

Sue Kirsch.Thank you, Anna!I’m so grateful for this podcast. At first I wasn’t sure if it was going to be useful for me since I haven’t been diagnosed with CF, but do have an autoimmune condition which causes me a lot of fatigue. It’s been so very useful! Anna has a way of explaining which made me understand things that I still hadn’t, even after years in treatment! My perspective about my condition and treatment has changed since I started listening to the episodes too. I recommend starting with episode 1 and listening to all of them, in order. Even if you think that an episode might not be useful for you, there’s usually very valuable information there. Thank you Anna!

Meira A.Truly PhenomenalI stumbled on this podcast out of sheer desperation, after receiving a long covid diagnosis in March 2024. Anna Marsh and her insights have been an invaluable resource. I have learned so much, in an easy and digestible format, and at no cost to me. Thank you, Anna, for gifting your knowledge to a community that suffers and often does not have easy access to healthcare or information. I recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to educate themselves and take the reins on their health. Anna is a lifeline.

Alla JohnsonJust what I needed! After struggling with stubborn and chronic symptoms and conditions for a few years, I stumbled across Anna’s website and podcast during a flare that had significantly set me back (after feeling like I had been making some progress). I started with her first podcast episode and listened all the way through in a matter of a couple months! Even with having a degree in kinesiology, being someone who enjoys researching and understanding the body, and having worked with other practitioners on a small scale, Anna has helped (and continues to help) me fill in so many missing pieces regarding chronic fatigue and the different nuances that accompany it. Not only is she extremely bright, knowledgeable, and well-studied, she explains things in an orderly/systematic manner that is easy to understand (her voice is also so soothing and pleasant to listen to too, which I think is helpful for a stressed nervous system!). I appreciate the way Anna runs her practice with such genuine authenticity and generously offers free resources (podcast, Instagram, website, even occasionally accepting DM’s) to those of us that are not even paying clients. Thank you, Anna, for helping me so much in my journey and for sharing so much about your journey!

EzstreetrunnerAn Essential Piece of the Healing JourneyAnna’s podcast has been an essential piece in my healing journey. Anna provides a wealth of information about chronic fatigue. She dives deep into what’s actually happening in the body and provides practical and important steps in the healing process. For me, knowledge lowers my anxiety when I can understand what’s happening in my body. She empathizes with her listeners that this process is complex and not linear. Thank you Anna!

rebbya_1954ResilienceMy first time listening and oh my gosh everything you talked about was what I needed to hear. I’ve been so discouraged in my journey to overcome CFS. You implified it very well and especially when you said to write down the five areas of resiliency. Maybe I had to get to this hopelessness stage to finally find you and I appreciate everything you said so much. Thank you!

TheWineLadyImpressive!I was so impressed with Anna’s depth of knowledge and her informative approach to sharing and explaining complex information. I quickly realized after listening to her podcast that she is the person I have been searching for to help me for a very long time. She really also made me feel understood and gave me hope that I could heal. I contacted her and decided to join one of her group programs and could not be more grateful to her for how I’m learning to improve my life. I am a 54-year old female from the East-Coast of the U.S. I come at this from the autoimmune, chronic illness point-of-view, but what I have come to learn is that it makes no difference what your situation is or where you are in your journey. If you are human, you will learn important skills that you can use to improve your life! You’ll hear Anna say take what you need and leave the rest. You’ll quickly come to see that you can use your lense to view and apply the information she explains to apply to your exact situation. I will be forever grateful to Anna for helping me to start this healing journey when I had given up hope that this existed for me. If you are stuck, feel you need help, or just don’t know where else to turn then I recommend you start here. I took that leap of faith reaching out to Anna after more than 20 years of illness, and am so glad I followed my intuition that she is the one. I wish everyone had access to this information and felt as empowered as she had helped me feel to walk the path of healing. Thank you, Anna! <3
