Pouty29InformativeI am enjoying what I am learning from this podcast however, I started perimenopause at 34 and I really wish they would stop saying 40+ women. Because that’s stigmatizing the age. I have found it so hard to find Drs to take me seriously and find relief because of the age limits they are labeling women with. But otherwise. Great podcast

efuller76Information helpful; audio quality terribleWish I could make it through an episode because the information is generally good. But, the hosts are super loud and the guests are quiet - I have to crank the volume to hear the info I want and then it hurts my ears when the host talks. A small upgrade in recording equipment, sound dampening in a small room and some EQ in editing would help tremendously. Not only would listenability improve but implied credibility, as well.

Junebug051THANK YOU!I just turned 48 and there are SO many differing opinions when it comes to information out there for peri-menopausal women. The episode with Dr. Kamilia Smith was eye-opening, and she just resonated with me!!! This podcast has definitely educated me on my options for current and future symptoms of peri-menopause…and it’s allowed me to feel ready to take on this crazy journey I’ve been venturing into!! Thank you!
