MellyStubbsAll things ketoThis is the first review I’ve written for a podcast. I just love the way Robert interviews his guests. He listens and is open to learning, he is not dogmatic and you can tell he is a humble person which I appreciate. My top three favorite podcasts I listen to are Keto Savage by Robert Sykes, Boundless Body Radio by Casey Ruff and Keto Camp by Ben Azadi. Thank you Robert for your dedication to interviewing the best people for our learning pleasure 🙏🏽

Mark Kram81Glad there’s another wayI’ve never had success with csrbs im my diet . Every time I add them refeed diet breaks etc it was tough to get back on the diet train . After eliminating them for a week everything for better , sleep ,cravings etc, needed to up my fats a little - “keto bricks “ to the rescue as I primarily eat the same lean meats daily. Got things dialed in now and now preparing for a BB show . Also purchased Robert’s Book with a clear blueprint on how to approach peak week etc .

Dunwoody sheriGreat chat with Dani Hamilton!I wish that I would have listened before I wanted $200 on the Tone Device from KG. It never worked and there is a no-return policy. I would have rather bought more bricks!
-
Podcast706World class infoRobert process world class information from first hand experience and exhaustive research. Of the very few less than 5 star reviews ive read, majority seem to be issues with guest audio (often out of his control) or a seemingly pre disposed opinion of the topic matter. Not just another talking head...a true professional and world thought leader on topics of natural body holding and the ketogenic lifestyle.
-
K—DAWGGGKeto savage is savage!!This podcast get better the more I listen to it, Robert has a great perspective and is worth listening to!

ALadywithFrizzyHairA long overdue reviewThis podcast is nothing short of stellar. Robert has a skill for listening to others, keeping an open mind and generous heart when talking to people who have different views from his, and holding gratitude and curiosity at the forefront of his life. All these traits make him a stellar interviewer, keeps me eager to tune in, and, at different points along the way, have assisted in changing my life for the better.
-
Logan DuvallGreat Show!Robert’s passion for health is evident in his pursuit of knowledge. I appreciate the genuine way he shares to help others—a true asset for those wanting to improve.

Worst that there isYou’re always motivating me!You guys were the first people I tunes into when I started keto in 2018. You taught me all about working out and heavy lifting. I listen to your podcast on the way to work. You’re the first podcast I look at to see if you have any new episodes, before going onto A different podcast. You always motivate me, especially if it’s a tough eating day or workout day. Love your guests. I learn so much from You and yours guest, I almost want to go back to school for functional medicine!! Here’s to another 400 episodes!!🥂🍾

Drillert450Can’t miss a show… 🌟Hi Robert (and Crystal! 👋) just here to give you the 5 stars you deserve… I’ve been mostly carnivore for almost two years. Struggling with the last of my 15-20lbs weight loss (depending on body comp along the way)…… I get sucked into the PSMF talk out there especially with the Emmerich’s. It seems logical to me but I cannot even handle doing such high protein (120g per day with 30g FAT, and around 700cal.) I ALWAYS end up binging on fat before bed because I feel like I need it. Then I regret cause I feel like I just loaded myself back up with more body fat 🤷🏼♀️ High protein does not feel good to me. My period came an entire 10 DAYS before expected and that freaked me out. It’s never ever been that early. I don’t want to mess with my horomones. Super frustrating to be told to eat 700 cals on a PSMF day, and then on “regular days” have 90g protein and 80g fat and 1,000 calories. (For my stats on their calculator 5’4”, 140-ish lbs) I’m used to eating 1800-2000 at least LOL. Ugh. So frustrating. Thank you for being the LOUDEST podcaster that I’ve come across that is addressing this!!!! Have you reached out to the Emmerich’s to have them on your show?! That would be super interesting. It’s mentally and physically hard for me to keep my fat at 30. I’ll eat a massive pile of lean meat, be full for a bit, but then binge. Please continue talking about this more!! Sorry so long but I feel like I’m just writing a letter to a friend, thanks for everything you share with us! You both are amazing and such an inspiration to me the last 2 years (since I started keto and discovered you guys)….. take care 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

ownit365Skinny chef.I was a fan until you had the skinny chef on. Although you questioned her low caloric diet you still made this episode available to others to listen to. Someone who does kick boxing and working out 6 times a week the reason she is getting a belling is her body thinks she’s in starvation mode. Very disappointing.
-
GrtWhtCrkerGreat Podcast!Enjoy the knowledge and insight from Robert and his guests. The latest on with Matthew Clemente was nothing short of an inspiration.
-

TheJebiInspiring and interesting. Best keto podcast!I've just finished working my way back through all the past episodes, and I've easily learned more about the ketogenic lifestyle from this podcast than I have from any other source. It's been fun to see how he's improved both the quality and his interviewing technique over the years. I find it much better than YouTube or social media for really understanding the topic as a whole. Robert Sikes (aka Keto Savage) has a gift for interviewing people, he asks all the right questions and, probably most importantly, manages to keep his ego as well as his previous assumptions completely out of the picture in a way that most people wouldn't be able to, and in a way that's unexpectedly refreshing to find in a podcast with 'Savage' in the title. It's obvious after listening for any amount of time that he cares about making a positive impact on the world as much as cares about advancing any of his personal goals, like body building, or creating a successful business. It seems to me that of all the things Robert Sikes has going for him, that he may be making the biggest impact with this podcast, because it's what inspired me to actually commit to going keto, instead of just continuing to think about it. There hasn't been a bad episode, but some of my favorites featured doctors as guests, so I hope you have more of them on. Anyway, thank you Robert, and keep up the quality work!
-
KwempeGenuine individual with a passion to help othersRobert is a genuine human being with loads of information and a passion to help others. He brings a lot to the Keto community and to anyone wanting to better themselves.
-
Ice Fox 1555555Great info on Keto!Love your podcasts. I have worked my way through all the podcast over that past 3 months and look forward to new content every week!! Your inspiring and I love that Krystal is involved in the YouTube videos. Working my way through those now. Keep up the great content and KETO ON!
-
Rusty ScrewsAwesome interviewSir, I didn’t know your podcast existed till Z Bitter posted about it on social media. I think you did a great job asking questions listeners who are new to running and or Keto would be asking if they were doing the interview. It would be great if you and Z could hook up post Western States to drill down on what nutrition challenges he faced during the race and how he adapted.
-
