    Please Address Shivambu Carnivores
I have incorporated Shivambu along with my carnivore lifestyle. See Darlene Teahan, Urine Therapy episode on Dave Asprey podcast. Crazy or not. I want to hear your thoughts.

    Wonderful and inspiring!!
I’m new to the Carnivore way of living, but as I listen to other’s experiences, I’m so encouraged and enlightened. I’m a 72 year young female, who’s tried every diet method known to man and so extremely frustrated with them; nothing worked for me, until Healthy Keto and IF; now carnivore. It’s working for me to lose weight, lower my numbers and no sign of the psoriasis that has plagued me the past 15 or so years. I’m deeply grateful for Dr Kiltz and so many others, who are sharing their own stories. God bless you all.

    Um, Wow!
I started the 30 day challenge for 2 reasons, my blood glucose was off the chart and my arthritis in my shoulders was affecting my ability to work. 3 days in my blood glucose was back in line and my arthritis inflammation was at least 60% better. I don’t think my arthritis is better, I think the improvement is the reduction of inflammation. 5 days in I started sleeping through the night. (I have been getting up 2 to 3 times a night to urinate for years now.) I am now hopeful of reversing other problems that I have accepted as “normal”. I’m almost 3 weeks in and I don’t think I will be stopping anytime soon. I am so happy I stumbled across this way of eating. Thank you for this podcast!
