Once upon a time I listened, then for some reason I lost touch. I came back and cannot understand WHY one would listen. Mike has changed. Obviously he has no one to talk to so now it’s blah, blah., blah. Mike STOP.

- - - And it’s way more enjoyable to listen to than it has any right to be. But it’s nice to know that there are still some regular, decent blokes out there who still have the ability to feel empathy. Carano happens to also have a gift for magnetic speaking [and also for NOT being boring, stupid, gullible, or susceptible to political brainwashing].

It’s frightening how similar Mike and I think. This is def a get in the car take a drive and listen to Mikes stream of consciousness.

He uses his rich friends to make a living off of. Guy seriously needs to get a life and move out of Hollywood.

I have known Mike since he was 12, what you are hearing is EXACTLY the Mike I know. He’s one of the funniest people I’ve ever met and is as BSC as he comes across. To hear this gentleman ‘crack wise’ is truly a thrill my good man, excelsior!

He's a gentleman. He wants to be positive. And he might have to pull this episode. This is a very funny and compelling podcast, and you can tell he's puy a lot of thought into what makes this a unique form of media.. I became a fan of Mike Carano from his exploits on the (Loveline) After Disaster. If I may be so presumptuous, that podcast has been a pivotal slab of Mike’s life; getting off the sauce, life changes, job changes, and more. Mike is a very creative and talented person, and I hope he continues to give the gift that he offers to society via his frenetic, nervous, yet confident view on daily living. I am also especially fond of his Five Minutes with Mike YouTube series in which he randomly drives hours and hours into the desert to take photos and find adventure... then hit del taco and drive ALL the way back to LA in the same night. Don’t let the IRS get you down, Mike!

Listened to the salton sea cast thinking we’d be enlightened about the place in an authentic way and ended up enduring a long, disjointed, meandering riff about ugly seagulls, AC/DC band members, above ground pools, a racist tangent why black people don’t skydive -Wait - I’m meandering like this guy. 45 in and still haven’t learned much except this guy HATES everything. At first I was going to be sarcastic and say this show is all about a white dude complaining about living in a beautiful city blowing money on drones and electric bikes and talking bad about literally everyone he encounters. BUT then I changed my mind because mike doesn't need negativity in his life. I really really like mike. This is the realist podcast on iTunes.

Mike Carano is fascinating. His stream of consciousness commentary on his daily activity is strangely compelling. Frequently funny and sometimes deeply depressing his struggle with life, sanity and Los Angeles delivered as a monologue with street sounds. I highly recommend his offbeat perspective.

Be more responsible with your money Mike!

Listening to Mike's podcast is like having the best 1 on 1 conversation possible where you can't get a word in but you still have a great time.

My favorite Podcast hands down! We get to see the interesting and hilarious perspective through which Mike sees the world. This turns errands, trips, etc. into seriously funny material I absolutely love it!

Listening to Mike's off the script mental narrative as he escapes daily life, looming deadlines and destructive anxiety in fast paced status-centric world of Hollywood, CA may feel like a miscellaneous adventure, but it's his witty perspective, voyeuristic observations and sometimes unsettling honesty which brings substance to the superficial and makes tuning in an enjoyable adventure.

This show is sometimes a mess, but I don't miss a single podcast. It makes me feel better about my own anxiety when Mike almost has a panic attack picking out sunblock lotion.

So happy to have found this podcast, I love it, one of my favorites!! Mike carano is awesome!!

I love Mike’s podcast. I learned of him form Dr. Drew and now I can’t get enough of his back episodes. I also like his other podcast he does with his buddies called The After Disaster. Listen, it’s fantastic. Even when he thinks he’s just complaining, it’s brilliant and I love it.

Been listening since the beginning and can't get enough! Had my dad listen to a recent episode and the following were his comments: *Is this guy a sociopath? *This guy needs to get his assed kicked. *I hope you don't pay to listen to this Even with the negative comments, there were several smiles and laughter outbursts. Keep doing what you're doing mike!

Mr Carano's stream-of-consciousness podcast is just goddamn brillliant. We're in a time when reality shows are tightly scripted and/or edited, but Mike has chosen to really be open and tell us his true thoughts and feelings in real time. The Internet has brought us live webcams of people's lives, but they're still putting on a show. Mike's podcast is not a show; it's his real live concerns, worries, hopes, neuroses, at times joy and at times sadness. In a recent podcast he loses his car, and for twenty minutes we're WITH him, as he alternately searches and goes through all the worries and angst that goes along with thinking your car might be stolen or towed. We are along for the ride on Mike's emotional roller coaster. If you're on his wavelength you will find yourself looking forward to his weekly adventures.

The after disaster is a much better podcast, but i do enjoy mikes hateful ramblings. I just cant believe he is trying to abandon his two lovers from AD!

It's like being stuck inside someone's head. Listen along to Mike's thoughts, from mundane to comical to introspective. He struggles to keep it positive, but when he gets angry he says the things I either would say, or wish I could say. Those moments are by far my favorite part of the podcast.

Mike Carano is amazing
