    A wholehearted pip pip
It’s sad when your favorite pods succumb to podfade but such is life. Zach and Eric do a great job of carrying what’s left of the show with sparse episodes but there’s some solid gold episodes about halfway through the run when Mike, Dan and Tom were part of the cast. At least give us a formal farewell when y’all finally pull the plug so I can download. Thanks for the years of effort Eric it helped me through some tough times!

    Good with cream cheese
gamer grandpa is very wrong, show at peak with Mike.

I’d hang out with these guys
I’ve been listening for over a year now. This podcast is full of wonderfully random chaos. As a gamer and a game collector I love the insight and passion shown to each game. Thank you for all that you do and keep it going!

    A great show
I’ve been listening to this podcast about five or six years. Always funny and informative.

    Jeez
Pulled up FF7 remake episode and they are talking about random stuff for over 30 minutes!! Gimme a break cut to the chase or let us know in description at what point you actually talk about the game

    Warning ADHD Full Steam Ahead
If you like podcasts about an American that loves freedom and shooting off rounds after dinner, a guy who kicks piss soaked rags at kids, a foreigner that can’t pronounce anything correctly such as Konami, a serial killer that drops hints on which lakes he disposed of the bodies, a guy who’s only sole joke is about Minesweeper and a girl who has never completed a game in her life along with two hours of general ADHD sidetracking, this show might be for you

    Biaaaatches..
Sometimes these pup biatches will bring up a game or two, but it’s mostly just basement dwellers prattling on about farts and such. It’s not a terrible show, but it’s more FM morning comedy talk show than retro gaming podcast. Maybe change the podcast cover art to a bunch of sock and buskins, a few raspberries, some fart clouds and maybe one game controller and it would be spot on.

    I absolutely adore this show
Jeeves, Write my review for me: The hosts are some of the funniest people I've listened to, and one of them is the Savior of the show so you have to give him credit. But if i had one critique, it would be please add more loud keyboard presses. Makes me happy in pants. Love you guys, keep up the good work. Pip Pip, cheerio, Wot wot.

    Almost 5 Stars!
i would put a 5 star review but whoever keeps typing away on the keyboard in the background kinda distracts from the conversation. my only nitpick

    Editor needed!
These guys seriously need an editor; this podcast meanders for so long before they actually get to the topic. It’s obvious they’re close friends, which is fantastic, but damnit if they don’t go on about anything and everything before they reach the show topic.

Finally it’s the British Who Save the Day
Unlike in WWI and WWII it’s the Brits who come through to save the American for once. Eric is typically a fine host but sooner or later he’ll mispronounce vague or plague with words that sound more like flag or bag and it totally distracts from whatever is happening and I feel like I’d rather be playing Stadia with Hett internet. Thankfully Tom, Mike and especially Dan (the true savior of the show) are there to keep everything entertaining until Eric recovers. Well done chaps. Rally ho!

    These guys are not alright.
It’s like watching Jerry Springer. Listening to these guys makes me realize “Hey, I’m not half bad!” PS To new listeners: There is no point to the game of the week. They will talk about Final Fantasy and Zelda no matter what the title says. And if potty humor isn’t your thing, then man are you in the wrong place!

    Masterclass in Stupidity and Gaming
The show is great everytime an episode drops. It is loaded with a good share of good thought provoking gaming related discussions, detailed walkthroughs of a game an episode, and plenty of idiotic banter. 10/10 would recommend. Listen to IT!!!!!

    My Fave Gaming Podcast
Factory Sealed is my favorite gaming podcast these days. I love the banter back and forth between the cohosts. Plus, their insights on the games they cover are always interesting. Good stuff.

    Hilarious
At first I didn’t like how long it took for the cast to get to the part of the podcast where they play the game, but after a few episodes the opening shenanigans became my favorite part. Find an episode about a game you’re interested in and you’ll be hooked to listen to them all.
  • dirufanatic
    Very Fun
This is my favorite retro gaming podcast! I love the off topic banter and when they get into the game of the week i get lots of tips for my playthrough. Can’t recommend enough!

Why does it sound like I’m listening via a tin can
1st listen on 4/18/19 episode 177. Audio is so bad I think they just record off an iPhone 6. Children screaming in background too. I guess if you personally know whoever these people are talking You may understand the show format (if any format). Not my cup of tea for a gaming podcast.

    Good Nonsense
Good thing about this podcast is I don't have to pause it when I walk away from the car because you don't really miss anything. Matter of fact Im not sure why I listen to these guys at all. Its barely a video game podcast and it is utter trash. I highly recommend it.
  • Jake with a rake
Not bad just a little slow paced
Really just some guys talking. Not a lot of structure here, a lot of random diversions (not always a bad thing). It’s fun to listen in if you want to feel like you just stepped into the middle of a casual game conversation.

    Tips of the Nips
Started listening to this podcast 2 years ago and really haven't looked back since. The crew, while ever evolving, has solid video game knowledge and insight. There's good chemistry between the hosts, a focus on how gaming impacts them outside the scope of a show about games. Just the other week, in reference to the game Celeste, two of the hosts opened up about mental health and some personal challenges they've had, poignant given the overwhealming focus on struggles with personal issues in Celeste. In additon to putting on a good show, the team is highly engaged via social media, interactive with it's listenders, open to feedback and not focused on a rigid structure that alienates the more social aspect of games and talking about games. Look, it's not Shakespear or the novels of Wordsworth - it's more like a bunch of friends talking about video games on a playground, and for retro gaming...that's really the perfect forum for evaluation and discussion. 5/5 Stars - unlike Facebook video chat...it is not..."crap"
  • Gamergrandpa36
Listen until mike joins then quit, they guy screams so much I unsubscribed
Other than that it’s very good
  • ddraholic
    Fun Show
They sat there and made Metal Gear food puns for like 20 minutes.
  • Shboettcher
    OMG
They talk about random BS for like an hour! Make non funny inside jokes all the time! Hard to follow and barely any actual talk about the games!

Factory Sealed: The Gaming Podcast You'll Want to Unwrap
Factory Sealed is the gaming podcast you've always wanted , but didn't know you needed until you found it. No, they don't talk about games the whole time you're listening, but when they do talk about the one or more games that they played for each episode, it's that much more engaging because you feel connected to them after listening to the hilarious antics that they fill the rest of the air time with. I definitely recommend listening to this podcast--at some point it's guaranteed to make you laugh out loud (even if you're in public); and as you go along for the crazy ride, you'll get awesome gaming commentary as well. It's just that much fun.
  • MrSquishi
The greatest group of friends you may never meet.
They are not always on topic but the crew is always having fun. Mike Tyson is an amazing recent addition to the crew. Daniel Curtis "saved the show" and reminds us ever episode. Tom Regan is always entertaining (when he's on, might be a Jess?) and finally the leader Eric Pederson, what to say about the fearless leader, I guess when I doubt he'll startle his way through the U.S. Great show guys. Keep up the good work!

Factory Sealed; or "How I Survived My Hour Commutes to Work"
I began listening to This podcast almost 6 months ago, not knowing what to expect, and find myself 6 months later not able to picture a world without Factory Sealed. A well-rounded podcast with equal amounts spontaneity, silliness, wisdom and fun, all of the hosts (yes that means Aron too) add wonderful insight into retro/modern video games, video game history/trivia, and pop culture in general. But the fun doesn't stop there. The hosts discussion of their own lives, from their kids and relationships to the different names of products, sports or games from around the world (e.g Kickball/Kicky-Rounders/Soccer-Baseball and "The Great Biscuit Debate") really helps the listener connect with the hosts. If you appreciate off-hand humor, video games generally, and laughing at other people's misfortune, this podcast is definitely worth your while. On a scale of Jess's completion rate of video games to Dan's constant reminder that he saved the show, I give this Podcast a solid "not sh**e."

Mmm, Jeeves, ask Jeeves to write a review for me....
If thou enjoy rants reguarding anything relating to everything sans video games, find thyself ponder if ye shall sit or stand, relate to an abundance of butlers, enjoy having your grammer checked, thou may enjoy formentioned podcast offered once each fortnight. Mmm, thank you Jeeves. Tell Jeeves I'll take it from here: In all honesty, I love this podcast and the guys that run it. They love their listeners and have built a wonderful, fun, and engaging community. Start from Episode 1 and work your way up! (Pro tip: Skip Toranto Batman) It's a blast to play along as they play quick classics like Diddy Kong Racing or epics such as Final Fantasy VII. The dynamic between host Eric from America and Dan, Tom, and new addition Mike from the UK makes for the most entertaining of converstations.

    Great first impression
Just listened to episode 136, and i very much enjoyed the in-depth discussion on crash bandicoot and shadowrun. I found this podcast by searching "retro gaming" and am very pleased with my first listen. I enjoy the dynamic between the hosts and the comedy suits me well. I highly recommend this podcast to any retro gamers out there! As I listened to 136, 137 was posted! So I am now listening haha

It's like Hanging out with your friends and talking about your childhood games.
Fun podcast. It just feels like you're hanging out with your buddies; remembering and replaying the games you loved in the 80's and 90's. Pretty interactive with their listeners, so you can feel like part of the show as long as you're willing to participate. Plus you get to pick up new European slang. That's nifty.
  • TomMisfit941
    Not bad but not good...
When they are reviewing games this podcast is quite informative and entertaining, but those moments are few and far between.
  • Retro Review
Skip the beginning and end to enjoy
Very in depth looks at classic game play from a very well versed crew. To be fair this is not a typical 'always on topic' podcast. The rapport between friends is as much a part of this series as the games. Once Tom and Dan join the show (around ep 50?) it settles into a pretty good recipe that continues today. However their tendency to insult bad reviews, endless fascination with literal toilet humor, and love of rehashing the same "durr hurr you are from U.K. so you talk funny" conversation really takes away from quality content.

    Worth a Listen
A fun little podcast of 4 friends talking Life, Fun and mostly Video Games. Starring Goof Troop Leader Eric Pederson, Catwoman Jess Clarkson, Little Pip Daniel Curtis, and from the ghetto of GTA London, Corndog Tom Ragan. Whether Eric is chasing criminals down his front street or Jess is dreaming of Toronto Batman, these 4 characters are vastly entertaining and worth a listen.. And its MARIO, not MEERIO..

    Worst podcast I've ever heard
This is a complete pile of garbage and should be removed from the App Store immediately. I can't even believe how awful this was. If you have 5 stars you need to go home and rethink your life.

    What what
Been listening forever and I love it. Best gaming podcast out there.

    Fun and Hilarious
Thought provoking, insightful, sentimental, a deep study of gaming, that is not this podcast. If I want that I have plenty of other places to go. What is this podcast, it is a group of 4 friends who get together to have fun and discuss gaming topics and one retro game per week. Do they always stick to gaming, no, but their topics are always fun to listen to and the segues are flawless, thanks to Eric. The team of Eric, Jock Buns Dan, Smooth Area Tom, and I may have played the game Jess, bring a friendly and fun mood to every episode. Their chemistry is amazing and you really feel like you are right there with them every time, which for me is a big part of the appeal. They are also very interactive with their community adding to the listening experience as you can truly feel a part of their community and that they care for their audience. They are truly all interesting to listen to and have good taste in games, except Dan who dislikes Link to the Past. The podcast is not all gaming talk all the time, but it doesn't have to be as they bring a lot of laughs to any topic, and don't worry about the inside jokes, you will be laughing at them in no time. If you are looking for a fun and funny gaming related podcast check it, you will not be disappointed.

    You asked for it
I have been listening to these guys since day one and I can tell you this is as much about their lives as it is about games they are a great bunch of ppl don't come for information come for entertainment
  • Yuuss
    Great show
I've been listening since around episode 10 and I've probably listened to the first 30 episodes 5 times. It's a great fun show with a good range of hosts. Please keep up the great work.

    Hell of a time
One of the best podcasts on playing classsic video games from my youth. They focus primarily on 90's and early 2000's games, but are not afraid to go further back. All the hosts are great and they give off a great sense of comradery. With great banter that is most of the tome hilariou. I would reccomend this podcast to almost anyone. Wrote while a little drunk so please excuse the errors.
  • Jack Grant (stander)
    One of the best.
This has to be one of the best podcasts you will ever listen to, the comfortable banter between the hosts and the interesting conversations about retro games are the perfect recipe for this amazing podcast.
  • jeffrey.wachter
Jess is Great! Eric... not so much.
The main host, Eric, is at best annoying and at worst offensive. It's too bad because the other hosts are actually funny, but Eric dominates every conversation and constantly cuts off the other hosts. Way too much off topic. I listened for quite a while, maybe 30 episodes, before he was just too much for me and I had to delete it from my feed. I am so desperate for a good video game podcast, but I guess I will just have to be satisfied with the Classic Gaming Podcast, Retro RPG Podcast, and Retronauts.
  • DWMan
    Friends together playing games...
I thoroughly enjoy the FSRGP. The comedy, information, variation, and segues make for a filling 1-1.5hr podcast. I enjoyed a lot of these games in my day, and even more current ones they've profiled have made me either find a used copy or emulate it somehow just to experience it. Granted, they may ramble a little once in a while and go off topic, but it makes for an entertaining listen. Great show.

Came for the retro game talk
Stayed for the "Get it!", Jeeves, Posh Talk, and weird pronunciations of words.

    Factory Sealed = 5 Stars
These guys make me laugh everytime I listen to them. They talk random topics at the beginning but then get to the meat of the game . Its a mix of everything. I do enjoy their humor.
  • Oishii san
    Like hanging out with friends.
Welcome to the roller coaster of fun called Factory Sealed. Their roots are tied to playing, reviewing and sharing their experiences with retro gaming. In between the ups, downs and loop-de-loops of gaming talk you will be forcefully flung to the side by the centripetal force that is their playful banter. Their jokes and life stories are what will grow on you and keep you coming back for more.

Terrible podcast. These people dont sound interested in what they are reviewing at all, and the girl sounds like she is about to fall asleep.

    Best gaming podcast out there!
This became my favorite podcast after just two episodes. As a 30 year old, I love to hear about retro gaming. They cover this every week in a very entertaining and interactive fashion. As a new PS4 owner, I love hearing about current gen gaming. They cover this every week in a fun and relevant way. And as a fan of comedy podcasts, I truly appreciate their genuine, funny banter. The way Dan picks at Eric has my laughing in my car like an idiot. That alone is enough to love a podcast, but the icing on the cake is that they also do giveaways. Nothing makes a listener feel appreciated more than getting great content and also getting free games as well! This podcast has made a fan out of me for as long as they keep making episodes. I regularly turn off whatever I'm listening to when they put out a new episode. Keep up the good work and keep us laughing. You're doing a great job!
  • Rowing Philip
    Long time listener
This podcast has a great cast. Despite each person not showing up every week the host Eric keeps it going. For those of you who need a strictly organized and formatted podcast, this may not be for you. Factory Sealed is conversational and very funny. A great aspect of the show is the interaction with the listeners. For example as of late fans have been able to submit a semi-random game request for the crew to play. Always entertaining and filling your retro needs, Factory Sealed is a 5/5. I know I'll be listening for years to come.
