    The day I discovered this podcast I wanted to listen to everything. My first episode was the Dal with Meera Sodha and Samin Nosrat another favorite cook of mine. Please keep this podcast going I’m obsessed. I love hearing that pan sizzling and hearing the cook give details to what they are adding. It’s a foodies music to her ears.
