can not put on my i-pod

I do not understand I was always able to put BVOV the video on my i-pod, I even have alot on it already from a couple of months ago. Did they change something? Does anyone know why? I only can do audio from BVOV.Someone please let me know. Thanks! I love Gloria and Kenneth and I want to watch them on my i-pod : (
