I love that they are doing this in feel like I grew up with the kids on tv. I was the lonely only and wanted a big family because of this show. Now I have three kids. Your show got me through the worst of my childhood. Then when I was 24 my mom passed away from breast cancer and again your show taught me about grief and loss and faith. I’m appreciative that you are all doing this podcast. Beverly the year my mom passed away I saw you at the cancer walk in La and got a picture with you. You were kind and sweet. Thanks for sharing your lives with us

The three of you are like real siblings rehashing memories and drama. The ADHD and easy distraction is hilarious and of course Bev/Lucy gets you back on track.

LOVE hearing all the memories. But please let each other talk. Stop talking over each other, it’s gets confusing and overwhelming.

I’ve been listening since the beginning, and I agree with what others have said that the hosts talk over each other a lot and it could definitely be hard to follow at times. That being said, now that they are rewatching episodes and have a script to follow the show is starting to find its groove. There is more organization and direction. I really love hearing the episode recaps. It’s fun to see what they think of the show and the memories that come up for them! Keep it going guys!

I like to listen to podcasts on my drive home from work, but this one actually makes me feel overstimulated. They’re constantly talking over each other and having side conversations. It’s very sloppy and like others have said it is very chaotic. I was hoping for something more like the Drama Queens rewatch of One Tree Hill, but it’s not quite there.

This is such a fun listen. It’s like they are really family! Keep it up guys!

An actual mess. One episode was 12 minutes in and they were still laughing and redoing intros. They don’t write an actual recap or outline of the episode to read off of and guide discussion, so it’s a lot of “uhh… what scene was next?” It also just feels like it lacks substance? They need to take notes from Pod Meets World or How Rude to see how these things should properly be structured. I don’t think I will continue listening

I watched 7th Heaven growing up and have recently rewatched the series. I love how close the actors still are and look forward to more guest appearances. I would like to hear more stories, memories or behind the scenes knowledge for the rewatch/recap episodes, just going plot by plot doesn’t keep me engaged. Overall, I look forward to new episodes and love you guys friendship!

Good to listen to. The three cohosts of this podcast constantly talk over each other and makes it hard to listen to. This podcast would be much better if it had more structure and has someone direct it so that the cohosts doesn’t keep either talking over each other or going off on tangents.

Yes this is a rewatch podcast but they spend too much time simply recapping and discussing plot points, which is obviously important, but fans want memories and stories. Take the time to discuss the memories of guest stars as they appear on screen, etc

Great podcast to reminisce on a show I grew up watching with my family. Only complaint is like lots of people have said-it’s a bit too chaotic at times. I feel like Mackenzie gets talked over and interrupted a lot. I like that they don’t shy away from mentioned Stephen Collins as he was an important part of the show, but they also don’t give him unnecessary attention. Also love when they talk about Jessica Biel! Can’t wait for Katherine Hicks to visit!

I love the rewatch. I know a lot of people are complaining about the intro but I love it! It’s so fun to listen to you interact! I loved growing up with the show and honestly forgot about it until the rewatch!! I have been trying to find a good show for my 10 year old to watch. This is perfect!

Last month I started rewatching 7th Heaven with my kids. My daughters 17 and 11 love the show so much. We are equally excited for this podcast. When we watched on YouTube it was most exciting to see Ruthie all grown up, Simons mustache finally came in and Lucy still looks 16years old. You guys are wonderful. Thank you for still adding smiles to faces 20 years later.

Loving this! I could do without the chaotic intros, but loving the chemistry! Also, why did it take so long to get to the first recap? Overall, I recommend!

I loved 7th Heaven and I love the nostalgia of it all. However, I am having such a hard time listening to it. Like others have said in their reviews, the podcast needs structure, direction and an editor. They are constantly talking over each other and never stay on track and it’s really really annoying.

Oof pretty much every single review is saying the same thing. I just discovered this show and just started the first episode today and am reeeeally hoping the intro isn’t as long and scatterbrained in every single episode 😬 I agree with the editing to cut out the giggling/getting off track and having a structured outline for each recording with or without a rewatch. I’m going to stick it out!

I’m trying really hard to follow along because 7th heaven was a big part of my life during its run, but the podcast is getting harder and harder to listen to. Too much talking over each other, no structure, not staying on topic, took like 10 minutes of giggling to get to the content (on the pilot rewatch ep). HOWEVER, I love all three of these actors, but especially David. It is very interesting listening to their experience as child actors and their inside stories while filming the show. Fix the flow of the podcast, and I will be a loyal listener!

I loved the show and love hearing what you all are up to but this podcast needs to be less like we are dropping in on random lunch conversation. More structure would make this an amazing podcast. Someone said in a different review to pick a lane, and I agree. Rewatch with some behind the scenes would be fantastic!

I love a good throwback/ rewatch podcast and 7th Heaven has a very nostalgic place in my heart so love the concept. However, the execution needs some polish. I know the three of them are still new at podcasting and are probably still trying to figure out the format, editing, etc., plus they’re obviously excited to be together. But it’s so disorganized and hard to follow that it makes getting any substance difficult. They need to come up with a loose format, watch the episodes beforehand, and come with things to talk about or stories to tell instead of just winging it. Half the battle of good content is being consistent, so get together and figure out a template to stick to every time. That will cut down on the talking over each other too. Also, are the episodes dropping biweekly (every other Monday)? Once they work out the kinks I think it’ll be a great show!

I love hearing the stories and BTS, and this show has a lot of potential. But please, we don’t need 5 straight minutes of giggles and inside jokes and continuing to interrupt each other. Maybe try a rough outline? Or just use an editor so it can still be authentic but we don’t have to wait for all the interruptions and talking over each other and competing to get your points across.

This is a great idea, there’s so much to unpack from this show. But they need editing and direction. The first rewatch episode has 3 straight minutes of them just giggling. Please hire help! Looking forward to hearing them find their pace.

Love hearing from everyone. Definitely feels like a trip down memory lane. Love hearing everyone’s perspective on what it was like being in the show. My only complaint is that the intro is re done so many times. Especially the latest episode. The podcast was 14 mins in before the proper intro was settled 😂😂.

I love the podcast and really enjoy listening to everyone talking but what day are you posting is there a schedule it seems like it is every now and then would be much better if it was weekly or biweekly on the same day!

I like this podcast but it would be SO much better if it was a rewatch … I thought that’s what it was going to be but they never watched any of the episodes. So disappointing.

Look,the TV show is so corny.Yet,so many of us embrace it.Please do the same.release a weekly or bi-weekly episode.Talk about BTS.Do a rewatch.tell us SOMETHING.It’s really lovely hearing how close you are,but pick a lane.And address the Steven thing.You can’t go on without acknowledging it.So may of your original audience are survivors of SA.Be strong enough to address it or cut your losses and pas the mic to Happy because we are tired.

Good idea for a podcast. Looking forward to hearing everyone’s perspective on the show. Beverly has a wealth of knowledge about the show. It would be nice is Mackenzie was given the same amount of uninterrupted time to discuss her experience. David is really fun and genuine.

This is really disorganized, I’m hoping that improves. Why does David look mean and angry in every picture ? Especially the title picture for this podcast. He looks creepy standing there glaring. The sound is also an issue. Editing random stuff out is an important part of any good podcast. 😬 I’ll try a few more episodes to see if it improves..

I’ve been re-watching 7th Heaven for the past few months. It reminds me so much of my childhood, sitting in the family room watching episodes with my dad and remembering the comments he would make during each episode, “that was good lesson.” Watching the shows again and hearing these familiar voices again after all these years, it just makes me feel like everything is going to be okay for a minute. It’s an escape to simpler days.

Absolutely love the concept of this but we need episodes more regularly (once a week) and the talking over each other has gotttttt to stoppppppp

I’ve loved this show since the very very beginning!! I’ve rewatched so many times & just restarted because of this podcast! And I’ve watched with my kids, my hubby, anyone that will watch!! I miss my family!! 7th heaven cast was my family growing up! Watched with my cousins and grandma. And it’s such a good and clean show unlike so many others it’s ok for anyone to watch and I love that! We don’t have shows like this anymore! Wish they would do a reboot!! LOVE LOVE this podcast!! Can’t wait for more and more episodes!! I follow the whole cast on social media & they feel like family & I love seeing them with their families & watching them grow up! I love Bev the most! I’m currently rewatching the series because my daughter is almost the age I was when the show came out and my family watched it together weekly with an ice cream sundae. Very excited to be playing this podcast alongside. Like so many others, im sure, I felt like you all were a part of our family growing up. And now as a 30 year old I feel like I’m coming home to family every time I get a chance to tune in again.

I absolutely love this show and almost watched the entire series! It’s so fun listening to the cast interact! That being said.. it’s ALLL over the place!! Talking over each other constantly, lack of direction! I hope it comes together because I’m here for it!

I loved 7th Heaven…it was such a big part of my childhood. I love listening to these actors reminisce- but this has no structure and while its fun to listen to authentic conversation, this podcast is allllll over the place with no real direction. Can we also get an update/introduction on what the actors are doing now? We are listening to them with no real context of where their lives went after the show. It’s great, but these additions would be helpful.

I am so excited about this podcast! I don’t think guests every episode are necessary, but I love that you’ve already had Barry on and hope to hear Jessica on someday soon! I think maybe recapping the storyline would be a great idea, even if it’s not episode by episode. I’d love to hear more on set memories and everyone’s perspective while filming certain storylines. Who were your favorite guest stars? My one critique is the audio can be hard to listen to at times. I’m not sure if mics are louder than others.. it can be difficult to hear because it sounds like you are talking over each other.

4 out of 5 stars. I love the nostalgia of the show. Hearing the actors talk about past episodes and scenes is incredible. I could listen to a new episode every day. The reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the elephant in the room. Stephen. Are we supposed to just ignore the fact he ruined the lives of all the actors on this show? The show has mentioned him several times including the latest barry episode. But are we supposed to laugh when it comes to Stephen and stories about him? Because as soon as I hear the name, I get super uncomfortable thinking about him and his horrible horrible past. I feel the show needs to discuss amongst themselves and figure out how to do this show without mentioning the awkward disgusting elephant. They wouldn't dare bring him on as a guest, so why even mention his name? 4/5.

I loved 7th heaven so much. But the podcast is driving me crazy. It’s a chaotic 45 mins of 3 people talking over each other. No one really finishes a thought without someone else interrupting them. Hoping that over time they get in their groove and it gets easier to listen to.

I’ve watched the series so many times and I’m the same age as David. He was always my fav Camden. So awesome to get to hear about it all from you.

I loved 7th heaven growing up. I didn’t start watching until I was a teenager but after I found the show I watched it all the time! I loved the dynamic that the siblings had and loved that it felt like you could relate to the characters! Lucy Camden was always my favorite and I love that some of the siblings got back together to do this for the fans! I love listening to it each week and getting to relive the moments that made my teenage years so great!! Thank you Beverley, Mackenzie and David for this amazing podcast!!
