SlynkygirlSingle best episode of a reading podcast EVERJust listened to season 1 episode 8 w dr Carolyn Strom. I’m a trained Dyslexia Interventionist and have taught kids to read for over 30 years. She answered questions I’ve had for years and presented the clearest explanation I’ve heard about how the brain learns to read. If you need a way to explain this to parents - give this a listen!

DlaonhhiSing Road trip all episodesI have spent my Monday mornings listening to reading road trip. I have shared this podcast with fellow teachers and anyone who is interested in the science of reading. Every episode, I learn something new! Thank you so much for putting in the time and effort to create the podcast.

TutorChickSandra/ Owner of a supplement education company.I so appreciated this podcast. It has made the why to some questions answered. For example, the sound wall with the mouth was explained well. I have my undergraduate degree in speech and language. In my practice it is just automatic for me to teach placement of mouth structures. So glad to hear the explanation of this tool and it’s importance. There is much more I could comment on, however, I will keep my comment short. I recommend this podcast to everyone teaching foundational reading.
