    Ally is so encouraging
I really enjoy her podcast, I wish there were more 🤣 But then she wouldn’t have as much time to run… so I understand lol I love her personality and see a lot of myself in her. She is incredibly encouraging and easy to listen to. I have been running since December 2023 (6 months now) and I am learning so many tricks and tips. Thank you, Ally, for being so kind to others and motivating 🫶🏼 Also, I love the Facebook group community!

    Knowledge, Fun & Motivating!
I have really enjoyed listening to Something Runderful! The knowledge I’ve gained from this podcast has helped me grow as a runner! The journal Ally created has allowed me to learn more about my strengths and where I struggle. I now make adjustments, and with those I have continued to improve all while my joy and passion for running gets stronger everyday ❤️ she is so fun to listen to with her encouragement and contagious laughter…Ally is truly motivating and an inspiration to the running world!

    honest, inspirational & realistic
I love that these episodes are quick enough for a quick trip in the car but still include so much information! As a ‘prospective runner,’ Coach Ally’s honest approach to helping everyone recognize that no matter where they are now, a healthy life is possible.

    Amazing
I’m always looking for running podcasts but they have to be specific, just perfect and I’ve found it. Ally has the perfect voice with the perfect information, she’s real and relatable. 10/10 recommend this podcast!!

    Runderful, indeed!
I’d been a long time lurker on social media and recently took the plunge to work with Ally. I couldn’t be more thrilled with her podcast. It’s relatable, digestible, and feels welcoming for beginner through the experienced runner that needs some good grounding. I appreciate that I can listen and feel more confident and motivated (even for someone like me that’s slow and just getting restarted, that doesn’t like a lot of fuss.) Ill certainly continue to tune in! Thanks, Ally, for the positive and supportive podcast!

    Awesome!
This pod cast is so informative. It had answers to the questions many of us have but don’t have anyone to ask! Her knowledge about running and nutrition make this an excellent choice no matter what your skill level. Her attention to detail and not push a “cookie cutter” - one size fits all answers makes the information she presents valuable to many audiences. In short- this is what I, as a runner, have been looking for. Thanks for filling a serious need.

    Love this podcast!
I absolutely love listening to Ally on her podcast! She’s informative and also relatable! I’m a mom of 3 and ran throughout all of my pregnancies and after and I’ve learned so much and also been encouraged many times from Ally! I highly recommend this podcast to anyone as well as following her for additional content on her social media pages!
