This was exactly the encouragement I needed to hear today! Being a new mom and heading back into the salon with such a limited schedule has lit a fire under me to be more intentional with time and shift my focus on productivity. One thing about Lacey is she doesn’t hold back. The first time I met her we ended our day with her telling me TO JUST START. Here we are 3 years later and she’s giving me the same advice that is still relevant to my career. Being real for a second… I’ve been stressed lately. I’ve felt strain. But listening today I’m reminded to just start. I’ll never be ready. Overwhelm doesn’t have to be there. I can just start and in the future I’ll look back at how far I’ve come.
