Hi, I'm Clare, the voice behind all the sleepifying audios here at Sleep Like a Log. As a counsellor and hypnotherapist, I've worked with many people with anxiety caused by loss, stress, trauma and well, life! I also understand first-hand how anxiety can affect sleep.     Ads in the middle made me unfollow you
    I used to love this podcast for sleep. I listened almost every night until a couple days ago. I was listening and relaxing and about half way through the episode, some loud, obnoxious ad obliterated my calm and relaxed state. I thought it might be a one off, but it happened again on the next one, so I immediately unfollowed the podcast. Ads at the beginning are understandable, but in the middle seems ridiculous and stupid to me. What a bummer you’re probably going to lose a lot of listeners because of it.

    This has been come a staple in my night routine. It is very relaxing and generally helps me to drift right off into sleep, so I can sleep like a log. Each episode provides a soothing and calming voice with a hypnotic background that assists in relaxing the mind & some guide in relaxing the body.
