My favorite pregnancy and motherhood podcast!
Dr. Leah and Dr. Morgan are so knowledgeable about all aspects of pregnancy, birth, postpartum and motherhood. I love their perspectives as they share about all the things conventional doctors don’t explain or teach women about, yet they still explain how conventional medicine can play a part and be part of a woman’s tool kit. They are so easy to listen to and break each topic down well enough that I can listen and understand all at once. You can hear their passion for the topics through their voices as well. This podcast is a must listen!

Most trusted source for info as a mom
I found Morgan and Leah on Instagram during my first pregnancy. I devoured Morgan’s insta stories/posts every day. The information I found was holistic, backed by research/logic while also teaching women to trust their physiology and “gut” when it comes to motherhood. I still listen to them daily and never cease to learn something from them. They give the best insight into REAL motherhood without the anxiety.

    Appreciate these ladies!
This is such a great, informative podcast! I love the balance they bring to each topic and the holistic mindset they have towards birth and motherhood. So thankful I found this! They are real, raw and practical. The best mix of crunchy but also we live in a modern world and have to navigate that sort of podcast. Give it a listen! :)

    Wish I had listened sooner!!!
I stumbled upon this in my early weeks postpartum and my only regret is not finding it sooner! It seriously helped so much understand things happening in my body and validated feelings, taught me things I felt lost about, and just spoke to me! I was the first of my friends to have kiddos and as each friend gets pregnant I automatically send them this podcast and say they have to listen!

  • For the mom to be 🤍
For the potential new (and overwhelmed) moms
My husband and I got married last year and have recently been talking about when we might want to start a family. I was feeling overwhelmed with not even knowing where to start. This show has provided so much amazing information that has helped me feel better about this journey. Although we haven’t started trying yet, I feel more prepared for what is to come and how I can best prepare myself. I love that Dr. Morgan and Dr. Leah discuss everything from the most technical/sciencey things to how to keep going when things get hard. Hearing how they’ve both struggled in different ways has also made me realize just how hard it is to be a mom and what I can do for my friends and family along their journey. I hope other moms to be or current moms stumble upon this podcast like I did 🤍

Beyond grateful 🫶🏼

Best PreConception and Birth Podcast Out There
Dr. Morgan and Dr. Leah are not only highly qualified and thus informative, but they are also enjoyable to listen to. Nothing is off limits and they tell the TRUTH, not to scare you but to empower you as a mother- or birthing-woman-to-be (or anyone else that wants to learn!). I listened to the “Biohacking Birth” episode multiple times to prepare for my (successful) VBAC.

    So Applicable and Encouraging!
As a mother of one (and one on the way) who has dealt with infertility while TTC my first, this podcast has been a huge benefit to me! I have gone through both medicated/fertility clinic treatment and more holistic nutrition and lifestyle approaches, and I find such great tips and information and encouragement for both avenues. Dr Morgan and Dr Leah are so genuine, knowledgeable, and passionate it makes me so excited to learn more! They understand so many different phases of motherhood (and preparing for/trying for motherhood) because they’ve truly been there, which is awesome. The guests they’ve hosted have been stellar, and there are episodes for every stage I’ve been in and every stage I’m approaching again. Totally worth a listen!
