I LOVE this podcast! It is anti-anxiety magic. This awesome podcast is soothing, detailed, and really makes me want to take it slow and just enjoy life. Don’t worry so much! Enjoy yourself! Slow down and smell the spinning oil! I picked up knitting again and now knit EVERY day and have tried out some harder stitches and projects! These two are so encouraging. It’s okay to make mistakes—knitting (and life!) is for enjoyment. And it’s okay to say when some parts of life (knitting) aren’t your favorite.
