I love this podcast so much. As someone who is newly diagnosed with BPD and who has a mother who has it, this podcast really helps me.

    My new BFFS
I love this podcast. I relate to different people who share and I feel like I’m not crazy/alone in this challenging internal landmine. Learning the landscape of my emotions is intimidating and often exhausting and I feel I have a fun group of equally quirky folks to bond with on this journey. Also recognizing the unspoken work we go through to function in a neurotypical world! Thank you for the stories and advise! I also love how hyperbolic everyone is. It’s so entertaining and relatable. A bunch of intense people across a spectrum of personality types in one podcast is awesome. My people. 😆

Please! Increase the gain!!!! Can’t hear!
Great show with such valuable information that is, if you can hear them! It’s incredibly frustrating wanting to listen in and all I hear is muffled voices and no, other podcasts sound just fine. Hope you keep up the good work and make yourselves louder!

Best Podcast if you have BPD
I have been in functional recovery for BPD for three years now, and this has been one of the best podcasts I have ever listened to since my diagnosis. I cannot recommend this enough! It feels so nice to not feel alone when BPD can be so stigmatizing. It’s been so helpful for me on my hard days and when I’m struggling. They have great advice and I love how real and honest they are all. It’s really helped me not feel so bad and ashamed of myself. Please keep making episodes! You guys are awesome!

    No Stigma, Just Stories
So many articles, podcasts, or videos about BPD sound like they were created by someone observing a bizarre, exotic creature in the wild and responding with a mixture of bewilderment and disgust. The BPD Bunch is different. There's no stigma. Instead, it's full of stories from real people who have lived through BPD and open up about their experiences. There's (now) tons of information on BPD available online, but very little content with people's actual stories. If nothing else, listeners will know they are not the first to feel this way and that they are not alone. And that is unspeakably powerful.

This podcast kind of saved my life
I seriously thought I was crazy for so so so long!!! I’ve never met anyone with bpd (or at least nobody who talks about it) and everyone just told me I was reallyyyyyy dramatic. This podcast makes me sob with tears of joy bc for the first time in my life I can listen to people who experience things similarly and that I’m not alone. You guys don’t know how much that means to me and how much you helped me.

This podcast might be the single most helpful resource I have come across for BPD in the past 10 years of clinical practice. THANK YOU for being so willing, so honest, and so real. I will share your work with many colleagues, friends, patients, partners, and parents. Y’all “get it.” 🙏🏼

    This Podcast is EVERYTHING!
As someone who was in functional recovery from BPD for almost 10 years and recently experienced a resurgence of symptoms that has me coping with my worst symptoms ever, this podcast is a literal goldmine of info!! I feel so seen, so validated, and so centered hearing others who understand what I’m going through tell their stories. I can’t say enough wonderful things!!!
