A gentle voice of empathy, wisdom, and concern
This has become one of my favorite podcasts, and I look forward to each episode. Fr. Makoul's approach to addressing questions is so gentle, real, empathetic. I find myself bursting into tears when listening because I feel his advice deeply, and it has been very positive for me. Thank you, Fr. Makoul, for first your empathy and second your sound and wise advice. I wish this podcast had more episodes!

    Thank You!
Thank you, Father. I have had a lot of trauma in my life, like many of us, and your podcasts containing so much compassion and wisdom are helping me a good deal. I listen to them repeatedly as I continue to reflect on the truths contained in them and as I apply them to my own life. So appreciate your excellent work in helping us all!
