Just visited France last October for the first time and I fell in love with the culture and people! I live here in Las Vegas for 21 years and I always hear that French are generally rude, snub. I don’t think so!! All my encounters with French were so friendly and welcoming. Now, I love listening to French music and movies. I kept reminding my wife how I enjoyed our two weeks stay in Southern France and Paris. Love my morning walks to buy fresh croissants near my hotel. Thanks for your lovely podcast and more power to you and Olivier.

These podcasts are amiable and engaging. The hosts exude warmth, humor, and relatability in the content, and their hearts are clearly in the right place as they share their knowledge and expertise. They’re accessible, and inform delightfully with a light touch. But please, the audio quality of Madame Janine Marsh is truly atrocious. One would think a digital microphone upgrade should be possible? I’d love to endorse this series more strongly so please, can you step up your audio game, Madame Marsh? Merci — Mme N. I love this podcast about all things French. As a frequent visitor to France and especially Paris I was thrilled and delighted to open my email this morning and find myself looking at our favorite, never to be missed Parisian restaurant Au Vieux Paris D’Acole. Many memories have been made been made there. As I sit here in the midwest of America watching the snow come down I am transported back to our most recent dinner there last September. Thank you Janine for taking me “home.”

I just love this podcast!! Janine and Ollie share history and their own experiences on interesting topics from cheese to castles and everything in between! I love that they cover different regions in France. I recently found this podcast and binged listened to all of them over a few days and I have no regrets🤣.
