    I love doing these exercises with Risa because she always knows how to acknowledge these blind spots in my daily life. I started following her morning freestyle journaling and a nighttime journaling routine where we talk about what we’re grateful for. It’s amazing to experience such a mood lift and makes me realize that this is something we all should be doing more often! I do the nighttime journaling every night now and it feels so wholesome. I can’t wait to do more exercises with her.
