Amyck8Love♥️I love these amazing hosts and their guests. I wish that Sarah had more space to speak and share but I do love Teresa’s energy and stories as well. I’m grateful for the community they’ve created♥️
-
KatherineRoseWollerhonest, humorous, and vulnerableThe honesty, humor and vulnerability with which Sarah and Teresa share thier stories (and those of thier guests!) is deeply resonant and inspiring. I feel seen as a mother, creative, and woo woo enthusiast alike.
-
Q in LASweetest ever!I love this podcast! Every topic is so refreshing. I love the banter between Sarah and Tez too. Big huge hugs to you both!
-
emkells74A Discovery of Zen Mamas!Thank you for this podcast! I found you after binging the lovely Ms. Palmer in her series about witches over my Christmas break. My googling led me here. As a spiritual woman who grew up in a religious home I feel I have found a lovely listening home. I started my journey to self when I joined a yoga teacher training cohort during COVID ( we started virtually and gradually were able to meet in person). Your most recent episode on manifesting spoke to me as did Theresa’s hesitation to speak directly on all these topics. I feel the same but I also know i wear it on my sleeve! Grateful to have found you! Looking forward to more listens!
-
SouthPasMomThis podcast is everything ❤️Somehow I stumbled upon this podcast when I was considering getting pregnant a couple years ago. Wow what a gift - I feel like my outlook on life, birth, parenting has changed forever after becoming a devoted Daisy! I ended up having the home birth and pregnancy experience of my dreams with a wonderful midwife, all because their birth stories opened my eyes to a different way of doing things. Every week I look forward to this podcast, whether it’s a birth story or a wild tale from Teresa, I am here for it!! ❤️
-
kiera smithsonForever listener 💟I think I’ve listened to every episode now? I seriously love listening to Sarah and Teresa every week so much! I genuinely look forward to Thursday’s because of it. I have been looking up to these ladies forever (favs: Warm Bodies/House Bunny). Also, I’m not even a mom but I’m from the south and currently live in LA so I relate a lot to the pulls of small town living/industry living as I too want to be an actress. They just feel like friends I get to catch up with every week and they always keep it real. Please never stop making it happen!!!
-
KFarreyTruly amazing!!This podcast has been so completely wonderful and amazing! I look forward to each weekly episode that comes out where I can listen, learn, laugh, and grow in my own motherhood journey! Teresa and Sarah‘s conversations are so heartfelt, honest, raw, hilarious and filled with such compassion and love for not just one another, but the entire population! This podcast has brought me so much joy, especially when feeling the strain and stress of motherhood or life in general. Love listening to you both and I will be a Dazey for life!! 🥰
-

Brittany KelleyI NEEDED this podcast!I wish I would have found this podcast while pregnant with my first child, but I’m so thankful I found it while raising my little one. The diversity of guests and the knowledge I have gained from listening to this podcast has made me a better mama and has taught me how to advocate for myself if I am able to get pregnant with my second child in the future. Thank you Teresa and Sarah for everything!
-
Tor!6776My gal palsThis podcast is amazing. I look forward to it every week. It feels like I’m with my fellow mom friends, sipping coffee, having a laugh and catching up while the kids play. Its relaxing and I LOVE hearing about all the things I am also passionate about. This podcasts represents the saying “LIVE LAUGH LOVE” + all things motherhood ❤️
-
caitlinemccA virtual coffee chat!Have really enjoyed this podcast. It feels like curling up on the couch and chatting with good girlfriends. Thanks for bringing up all sorts of topics, challenging perspectives and being a warm corner of the internet world!
-
goddessenergy216Would love more diversityFirst off, I really enjoy this podcast! I’m not a mother yet (or even trying) but I love listening to the experiences of mothers and getting in that mindset before possibly trying next year. It’s nice hearing from those who have a holistic and well-rounded mindset about motherhood. My one critique would be that I would love to see more diversity in the guests, particularly from Black women. Especially with the decline of Black maternal health, it would be great for the hosts to feature more BIPOC guests like authors, doctors, doulas, midwives, etc. that can provide insight and positive stories, advice, and support to women of color.
-
Jules-RJLove & Gratitude!I have so much Love and Gratitude for this podcast! It’s like listening to my older sisters giving me life advice and guidance, such a beautiful space to explore the power of feminism and femininity in all its glory and truth (aka: the good, the better, and the hard stuff too)😊 Thank you for creating this space Sarah and Teresa!!
-

Telling the news in MSThe podcast I needed as a woman and new momThis podcast helped me feel less alone. New mamas if you needed to know you’re not alone, that their is a whole community out there that understands anything you may be going through, then this is the podcast for you. From the happy moments of motherhood to the ones that bring you to your knees, this podcast talks about it all. The Mother Daze podcast is like a best friend in my ear helping me through pregnancy, delivery and especially POSTPARTUM.
-
aunty_vicGenuinely down to earth.Sarah and Teresa are so insightful about and in touch with the topics they cover and the communities affected by said topics. I often feel very unseen and excluded from these kinds of conversations but this podcast enlightens, excites, and comforts me. Thank you for creating this space.

alisonakanReally fun and engagingAs a birth doula I love this podcast and recommend it to clients all the time, I have followed Teresa since her second boy was born and she attended our second time mommy&me groups in LA . I have watched all of her and Sarah’s pregnancy vlogs and just love all the birth talk, transparency and the other episodes are also so insightful, and they are just so fun to listen to. Keep doing your thing, it’s so inspiring!
-
kylamikkelI’m 21 with no kids and this is my comfort podcast!!I’m so excited to one day become a mother but j feel like this podcast goes beyond that! It’s inspired me to reach out and support the mothers around me, to be more understanding of my own mother and really look at mental health and love from a different perspective. I find myself rewatching of re listening to episodes I’ve already heard because they are sooo good!! AMAZING
-
sarah112190Absolutely amazingI am a single mom and I turned on this podcast standing in my kitchen on a rare Saturday night that I am alone from my two boys. I have been down recently and going through a hard time today I forced myself to clean my own house. Then I listened to the episode with Hilary duff and honestly I laughed out loud multiple times and found all three of them so relatable and because of that I found myself feeling less alone. Then I poured myself a glass of wine and ran a bubble bath. So thank you, for making those of us who feel like we are going crazy feel less alone!! I highly recommend this podcast.
-
mamakpdxLet people talkI wanted to love this podcast. But seriously, do not bring guests on if you won’t let them talk! I wanted to hear so much from Hilary duff and she could barely get a word in! I won’t be returning.
-

fairtomiddlinFun, Educational, Moving and simply glorious to watchI am 70 years old . I stumbled onto this podcast by accident and have looked forward to each episode since. Although there is quite an age difference between us I learn so much about joy, loving, having and raising babies, and so much else. I feel so proud to know these two are in this world and are bringing up children. The world can seem so bleak at times but knowing the impact they will have restores my hope! Thank you so much! Debbie Boxer

mallo_cupit's like having the best long-distance mum friendscurrently pregnant for the second time with a significant gap (my eldest is 11), i feel as if I'm doing it all for the first time again...but somehow with more anxiety! this podcast is like a chill, affirming conversation with fellow mums. i love the zen mama book, and i'm so grateful to also have this podcast as i approach the second half of my pregnancy and venture into newborn territory again!

Catherine CimadaYou had me....With the Zen Mama talks so I knew this podcast would be amazing because your personalities just mesh so well. You are two sisters by different mothers and somehow I feel like a sister too listening, and laughing along with you on your adventures in life - whether its religiously restrictive childhoods, to burning down houses or beyond. Bravo Teresa and Sarah! Can’t wait for more episodes! Catherine Cimada.

WhereintheworldisShanaSo much fun and informativeI started following these ladies as I was preparing for my first pregnancy. I love all the VLOGS and their book (it’s one of my favorite pregnancy books!). The podcast feels like we all get to hang out together and talk like friends. I love it!

EB9223It’s like listening to your friends and their stories!I love Teresa and Sarah’s podcast! The Mother Daze keeps me company on my long walks and it just feels like listening to girlfriends chat about motherhood, life, relationships and wellness. They are both such genuine people and this podcast has easily climbed up to the top on my playlist. Both Sarah and Teresa are huge role-models for me, so listening to them and their conversations on life is such a treat. If you loved their book Zen Mamas and follow their zen mama talks on youtube, this is the perfect podcast to listen and learn more about motherhood, wellness and learning more about self-development. I’m so excited for the future guests and talks that will be on the show. ❤️

alyssandiLOVE These Zen Mamas!I have honestly learned the majority of what I know about pregnancy, birth and motherhood from Teresa and Sarah. Their videos, blogs and book inspired me to become a Birth Doula!! I am now in my first trimester of pregnancy and it feels so good to have the support of their stories and advice along the journey. I laughed my way through the first episode of what is already my new favorite podcast - it’s just SO relatable, no matter where you are in your own journey! Can’t wait for more!!
