KARLTONPHRESHHIGH LEVELI love this series , so much guidance and confirmation of the beyond reality we live in…few are brave enough to articulate this information but we live in the time of revealing and revolution/revolution … thank you Gaia.con for hosting this type of information

manifestingmeHost interrupts guests too muchThis show has great content and guest but what stops me from listening is that the host interrupts too much. As a listener I’m dragged along to the pace of the host who makes the interview feel stressful and rushed. There’s no space and natural timing that is given to the guest. I’m not drawn into the discussion. I feel pushed through. Unfortunate.

EttaRotoLet Guests SpeakI usually am intrigued and excited about the topics and guests that are on this show. Unfortunately, the host has a habit of interrupting and interjecting her own information, knowledge, input, instead of creating the space for the guest/expert/author/researcher to speak and share uninterrupted. It would be interesting to hear guests be interviewed by someone else who knows how to do that. If the host has so much to say, she should just have a podcast where she is the only ones speaking on a certain subject.

amilli93Amazing guests and informationI really enjoyed the podcast content but found that the host's interruptions were a bit distracting. It would be even better if there was more flow and less interruption to fully absorb the interesting discussions.

yayitschristinaShow is great. I just wish the host would interrupt less.TLDR: Very insightful show. Host interrupts her guests at too much. Not very culturally inclusive or sensitive. ————I love the topics of discussion on the show. This show has a lot of really great guest speakers. But the show host, Regina Meredith, frequently interrupts the guests in the middle of giving their insight. We’re listening to the show to hear what the guest has to say. Yes, Regina has some great commentary to add at times but it would be a lot better if she would allow her guests to talk more and stop interrupting them so often. Often times she interrupts with commentary that did not add anything insightful to the conversation when the guest was on a roll with something I was really interested in listening to, stopping her guest from finishing their thought. That abrupt interruption of the guest when they were saying something incredibly interesting makes it very frustrating to listen to an episode. Also I find this episode in particular to be very dismissive of the oppression of marginalized groups including POC, women, and the working class. People are not poor because they can’t think positive. They are poor because of a system that heavily rewards those who have a significant portion of the wealth and punishes those who don’t. To ignore this fact is not only tone deaf, to say the least, it is blatantly lacking in empathy and promoting misinformation.

Witch wookMind blownI love listening to all these podcast but I was super excited when I heard him say that they came and got their new crystals from hot springs Arkansas area. I grew up in hot springs always felt it was magical and had a old history. I also a since of great energy underneath my feet and always would feel super special in the woods around my home or when I went hiking. I love that this was mentioned cause I’ve felt like an old soul for a long time and I am now wonder if I was ever living in a past life in hot springs; seeing as now am out here again for some reason and always feel at home even when I didn’t live there for some time. Thank you !!

lib111213Great but host interrupts so much!I love the content and find myself eager to hear the guest answer questions posed, but feel frustrated when the host interrupts them. It is frequent, often diverts the guest from finishing their thought, and often feels a little self serving. I hope this is seen as constructive feedback.

bluesfeetGood content but lack of diversityIn a field that’s been largely indigenous, POC and women for centuries why is Gaia’s show about consciousness only interviewing white men? It’s really hard to overlook when in this many episodes we’ve rarely heard from anyone other that that narrow demographic.

mraerae96Love GaiaI absolutely love Gaia and am loving this podcast so far. It is so educational and enlightening. I love the speakers and the host is obviously very knowing as well, she comes with in depth , amazing questions. I do wish the speakers weren’t interrupted as much by the host but it’s still one of my new favorite podcasts!
