    Opinions and swearing
Too many opinions! “My personal opinion” “I think” “he should’ve” “they should’ve” that and the swearing omg! I thought I would try a new podcast after coming from another one I have an hour drive from my house to drop y kids off at daycare and the amount of swearing I had to take it off almost immediately.

    Too opinionated
Just get to the story. I can’t handle how much time she spends sharing her own opinion and name calling. We all agree that they’re scum. Get to the story already.

    Amazing
One of the only truly ethical, victim centered podcast - and the work Kendall Rae does outside of the podcast is amazing. I’ve been a true crime podcast fan for so long and this one is so under rated - wish I could rate it even higher

Please make sure to do an update on this case, as a suspect, has been arrested and is being extradited back to Arizona from Tennessee. The media is focusing so much on calling her an exotic dancer and forgetting to talk about all of the great things that she was that I feel like you could do justice for her by taking all of that negative energy off of her story.

    July 31
Hello I’m a listener to this podcast. June 30, 2024 me and my family tragically lost my uncle from a ranching accident. He left behind his son (8 years old), his daughter (4 years old), and his unborn daughter. On July 31 of 2024 my baby cousin was born. I am so sorry for the family’s loss of what I know of this woman, she was a wonderful person. Jamie (if I spelled that wrong I’m so sorry) your doing so well and I’m so proud of you. I hope you have the time to grieve. I thought as a life has entered the world, we lost another so tragically. I know this murder happened a year or two ago but it still counts as something right? Rest in peace April

I love listening to this podcast and have listened to them all. The only one I found very boring was the episode titled above. It could have given pertinent info in a way shorter podcast.

Not bad, but there are some issues
I’ve been listening to this podcast off and on for a couple years. To be honest, it’s kind of my back up if my favorites aren’t available. And Kendall does a good job supporting victims and getting the story across, but I get the distinct impression that she really likes to hear herself talk. She has a habit of saying the same thing over and over. Sometimes it’s in the form of rephrasing the same thought three different ways and frequently it starts with “like I said”. There’s a lot that does not need to be repeated, and it tends to just drag the story out. I will frequently lose interest in the story about halfway because of this. I really want to like this podcast more.

    Love this
Listening to the newest episode about Amish Blanchard. This hits home because I lived in Auburn during that time. My hometown is 20 mins down the road. I still pass by where she was abducted all the time. I went to the same community college as her. This case rocked our community and it still does to this day. We will never forget. Rest in peace Angel. 💜

Don’t Recommend if you don’t like adds
2 minutes in and i haven’t heard one word from her, its just straight up adds. Every episode im just amazed at how many adds their is. Also, this is a personal thing, but i just find her voice quite annoying.

    Too many ads.
Entirely too many adds. Just tell the story and leave your opinions out of it.

Hi your most likely not going to see this but I’m 12 years old right now and I love your podcast. I know I might be under aged to watch your videos but. I’m literally the only one in my age group that likes stuff like this mystery’s old things as well like historical stuff for example. The 13 known planes that have went into the Bermuda Triangle and never came back and that we’ve only found 2 out of those 13 planes. Anyway I was hoping you could report on the case of the rapper XXXTENTION he was only 20 years old when he died and Was killed in 2018. I really hope you see this and will report on this case. 😃😃😃😃😃🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

    Thank you!
I wanted to thank you for sharing these true crimes stories with compassion for the victims & their family. Kendall your voice & the way you speak is truly remarkable. Thank you for all you do & telling the stories others don’t want to discuss. Keep up the incredible work. Love you Kendall Rae. Always, Rayanne

    Increasingly Frustrating
This used to be one of my favorite podcasts. I really enjoy the coverage and the amount of research done on every case. I have two issues: the amount of ads is just insane. I fully support content creators and often let the ads play as a way to support them but 3 ads within a 10 minute time span is just too much. Second, with the amount of recording equipment out there, the sound quality is so poor. It sounds like recording is happening with a potato and it’s only gotten worse. I hate leaving a poor review but some things really need to change in order for me to want to keep listening.

Good but not up to date - too many ads & very opinionated.
I enjoy listening to Kendall, BUT the content is not up to date. This recent "podcast" about Gannon Stauch ended off saying, that no body has been recovered, however remains were found in Florida. This is an updated review: There are too many ads - 3 minutes in and there’s already an ad. I also don’t appreciate hatred comments like: I wish you rot, I hope you suffer etc. That’s honestly pushing it with you opinions - tone it down.

    Too many Personal Opinions
Would love to hear reporting without personal opinions. I am very tired of hearing “Im sure you’ll agree”, actually, I do not agree because we are all different people. The shows could be much shorter and enjoyable without the personal stories, commentary and opinions. Just stick to the facts. Im sure you’ll agree.

    So many ads :(
I LOVE this podcast. She’s an amazing speaker and you can tell she truly cares about the people involved in these cases. My ONLY complaint is there’s so many ads. It feels like half the video is ads. Thankfully I can skip through it but still ugh!!

Cannot support someone who supports murder. Funny you speak about child murder all while supporting late term abortions.

Thank you for covering this case. It happened less than 30 minutes from our home. We were following it and didn’t realize of the updates because we were out of the country. It happened in in a very small town and a quiet community. I listen to all of your podcasts but hate it when you you drop the F bomb.

    Too many ads
Used to love the podcast and content but 4-5 ads in a 30 minute episode is too much for me. As someone who listens to podcasts while working, I dont want to stop what im doing every couple minutes to skip ads. I understand apple inserts their own ads, but the podcast itself also has multiple ad reads every episode.
  • gracey94
    Too many ads
Ugh I hate to leave a low review but there are just way too many ads and way too frequent. I would understand for longer episodes but on a 30 minute episode, I’m only about half way into the story but there’s already been three separate ad breaks…not including the one right before the episode starts 🤨

    It’s OK
I don’t think the host appreciates the role of the men and women in law enforcement. She almost expects to find some sort of mishandling by the police in every case. When the police are working up to the host’s standards, she will bring up a case from the past that was mishandled. Absolutely it happens but not at every department. My ex husband was a police officer for 35 years. His first mission and priority was ALWAYS the victim and would work DAYS without sleep to get justice for a victim. The host should just tell the story. I don’t want to hear her opinion on how the police do not care about people of color because that is a LIE and totally irresponsible to claim. Where is her proof that happens at very police department. Every time she talks about crime happening to a “white person”, she gets in her opinion concerning the quick police again due to being white. I’m ALL ABOUT EXPOSING ALL bad people but to be so negative! this is just my opinion so it doesn’t matter. Bottom line: if you have a family member or friend in law enforcement, the host may frustrate you or make you a little angry: listen at your own risk.

    Too many commercials
Talking about life and death, then suddenly I’m supposed to be being the hosts lifestyle and the brands are all over the place, from a kardashian brand to diapers for some reason? That is what it is, it’s her choice of course, but the amount of time spent on commercials has lead me to unfollow the show.
  • myr1775
Could you just tell the story?
I like the selection of true crime cases that are shared. However, the podcaster is way too opinionated. It feels like an attempt to boss the listener into agreeing with her. Just tell the story. The podcaster’s opinion is not what is important and detracts from the case.

    Lots of chatter
Her script could be edited down to cut out some of the unnecessary fluff/opinions that don’t add any value. She repeats herself, speculates often, and it seems just loves to hear herself talk. I had to stop listening because literally in every episode she criticizes the police. She comes across as an amateur, not a true journalist.
  • Shananogin
Soothing voice but PROFANITY is a turn off
I love listening to your reports of these cases but I feel like you’re way too classy to use such PROFANITY. It gets so old that the listener is constantly bombarded with such gross offensive language. I hope you will reconsider and attempt to keep the PROFANITY out!!! The profanity gets so old because it’s hard to find a podcaster that stays professional. Be different and choose to be professional and classy. Way too many commercials but I would listen to the commercials over the profanity.

    The opinions
Please stop droning on and on about what an amazing person the victim was or any of the other random opinions you seem to babble about. It seems like you are just trying to add minutes to the episode since you’d only have 17 minutes or less of actual information if you took out all the ads. I only listen when I’m out of other good new episodes.

    Suicide
Are you actually distorting the word suicide every time you say it ??? like people can’t hear it or like it’s a derogatory term. I’m sick of this ridiculous tiptoeing around everything if you are listening to this kind of podcast you should be able to hear that word. I get some of the trigger warnings, but this is just too much I’m sorry but it’s pathetic.
  • xBrokenBarbiex
Sad to let this one go
Another MHM show not worth the watch. Not putting victims families first, not doing proper research and spreading incorrect information, covering stories without permission from families. It’s not a good look. Not to mention the condescending attitude Kendal seems to have on all of her shows anymore. The victims and their families come first, this woman doesn’t care about them. She’s sold out.
