    I’ve gotten a lot of great ideas and have utilized them with great success!! Started focusing on my sleep more and currently doing a “blast” of calorie deficit by doing a 2-week 16/8 intermittent fasting. Love Chris and his terminology and dialogue! Great stuff!!

    I love how this podcast is straight to the point on direct topics for the average male over 40. They are very simple easy to follow easy to listen to and I enjoy putting the podcast on for short drives because you gain a lot of knowledge in a short amount of time, well done!

    Really like that the host recognizes we all have complicated schedules and lots of priorities and probably have some bad habits to address but he gives really practical advice that seems very actionable

    Just what I needed
    Being an overweight, unhealthy 40+ year old, I need advice from someone who understands my situation rather than from someone half my age and already in immaculate shape. Appreciate the short lessons and down to earth, realistic advice Chris gives, based not only in his research, but from his personal experiences. I do miss the Irish theme music, however. :)
