MaplewoodReportsBest Actual Play EverI love you guys so much you always find a way to make the most stressful decisions and events funny. Though I miss the Per Aspera campaign I have loved the Open and Shut campaign from what I’ve heard as well. Though I am also sad that the campaign has ended so short too I’m sure that the next campaign will be better than the last. The character interactions and Wally’s character in the Open and Shut campaign (though I can’t remember his name. XD) is great the accent is so good and I wanted to know if you have a lot of French experience? Sofia, you are so great I love both characters you have played and the personality’s are so unique and fun. NOIR you are GREAT I loved Vr-la’s monologue so much and kept listening to it again and again. I’ve only heard one of your songs Noir and you are a beautiful singer. Red you are great I loved Kyana so much and from the little I have heard from (sorry for butchering this.) blayge? Is great, like a miniature Finbar. You are so stinkin humble! That purple die stressed you out so much cause it kept rolling 20’s! Austin, you are REALLY good at DMing I love the way you run the campaigns always throwing new stuff at them and not afraid to pull back the DM’s curtain and tell them what could have happened. Though I doubt all of this will be read thank you, thank you so much all of you for being so good at this and enjoying it too.

ChefJoe7This podcast has my favorite piece of media I’ve consumedVr-la’s monologue is worth it alone to consume every bit of this podcast to that point. It it my favorite piece of media I have ever consumed. And not just that speech but the entire podcast is beyond amazing. I envy people who get to listen to this the first time. The bit of Vr-la gives me goosebumps every time, even just thinking about it has that affect. Bravo noir, and thank you Sophie and red for osp that helped me end up here.

hello you are a nice personI wait like a dog at the door for new releasesTruly the most amazing DnD podcast I know of, worthy of rivaling CR itself. The stories are riveting, the characters are delightful, and the nonsense that makes Dungeons and Dragons so fun is potent and wonderful.

SaladthegoatartsI love itYour show is so good I wish I could join the campaign !

KitonA magnificently edited real play adventure!I found this podcast via a couple of the players other works (shout out Sophia and Red of Moviestruck and OSP respectively) and I tried to get into it early on without much success. I bounced off of it like I have with most actual play podcasts at first while just trying to listen casually, but thanks to a long road trip recently I got through enough episodes to make it through the train heist and subsequent planescape high speed chase episodes and I've been hooked since! Austin is a masterful DM and really putting his all into this adventure, and I love his house rules for monks and crits especially. Everyone has fun characters and play's them well. Sophia does a great job editing and producing and the show is well paced, a solid adventure in each episode so far while maintaining a fun continuity. It definitely took everyone an episode or two to start feeling comfortable, but the time investment has been well worth it! Highly recommended even(or especially if) you've bounced off of other less edited real play podcasts, or if you're tired of the material plane in your campaigns and want a DnD adventure based on a more sci-fi-fantasy high concept. The show pitches a kind of Cowboy Bebop/Firefly vibe; but the crew quickly come together as more of a group of heroes exploring the planescape in a very Star Trek kinda way. Love the show, love the cast and crew and characters, loving the music(which they've added more of on the second season and I'm hoping that continues as I make my way thru!) Also special thanks again to OSP shouting out the podcast enough that I remembered it long enough(after four seasons XP) to give it a second try and get hooked properly this time!

MajicWithaJLove these guysThis podcast is amazing and makes me so happy. Just the mixture of gremlin vibes and heart reaching plot is exactly my kinda thing. I c add my wait until season 4 comes out, I’m dying to see what’s going to happen. I love all of the crew and just feel like I could dive into this world.

ashleybasher9I love it so muchIt’s such a fun dnd podcast with such fun characters and such a flushed out world that feels so real. Everyone who likes actual play podcasts should give this a shot
-
MrDCConnThis makes me want to play moreI was brought here by Red and Indigo (Sophia/Danni) and stayed because I fell in love with these goofy little nerds. In every episode I legit laugh out loud (much to the confusion of my roommate and neighbors who have no idea what I’m listening to) and love the all the background mumblings and whispers throughout the adventure. I can’t wait until January for Season 3 so that I can have more adventures!
-
LordFernA perfect dnd podcastOne of the best dnd podcast I’ve listened too. The story and characters are on the level of TAZ and Critical Role and there is never a dull moment with the crew of the Per Aspera. The length is broken up by conveniently placed breaks to let you binge when you have time, and the story structure of being kind-of-episodic works really well for a dnd podcast. An Easy five stars.

Sanskriti08Background musicI really like it, but I wish the background music was quieter. I can’t really hear them talking well.
-
hdvevdve eGreatI have never really listens to a d&d pod but the play style and characters and perfect
-
JackMorgensternLove this alreadyOnly one episode in and all the characters have already captured my heart. They play style is really fun and the homebrew rules add a unique quality to the pod that I am loving. I can’t wait to hear more!

Sequitor? Sequitur?Thank you!So great you made this, it is so difficult to make any sense of Sigil and the Outer Planes (maybe my imagination isn’t so strong lol) but this really brought this amazing setting to life! Hope you keep it up!
-
IncaseyouforgetmynameisAleaY’all WildHeard about this from the OSPod and have been eagerly awaiting the first episode. Had a great time and loved how long it was. Thank you for you hard work!
-
Curiosity_07Amazing if a bit longReally love the show and cast and can’t wait to hear more. Only reason I did t give five stars is that the four hour episodes are a bit daunting, especially with how I usually listen to podcast on my morning and afternoon commutes which amounts to only an hour a day. I’m also a bit worried about my ability to get others on board seeing as I’ve had a much easier time introducing friends to The Adventure Zone than Critical Role.

Fai M.Super ExcitedHeard about this from the Pathless livestream!
