    Fibro facts
This podcast has been a godsend for me. Fibromyalgia is such a strange condition, and it’s hard to find good solid information about how to live with it. I’m thankful that I don’t seem to suffer as severely as many other people do, but I still find that I have to do the hard work of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This podcast provides helpful information about how to stay healthy and active, as well as lots of facts about the condition itself, what causes it, how to treat it, etc. Thank you!

    So good!
I was diagnosed with Fibro a year ago. I’ve just found this show and am really enjoying it. Filled with reminders (that I needed) on how we can avoid flares!

    Very helpful
I love how the fibromyalgia is being addressed on a much deeper level then just symptoms and how to treat them. We need to address the cause of the problem and this podcast is very helpful for this

    So helpful
I have found that the podcast has not only me understand my fibromyalgia better, but allows me to share the podcast with my partner so he can understand it better. I wonder if you have heard about any benefits in using float tanks to assist with the symptoms.

    So helpful!
All of the information is presented in an easy to understand format and in small enough segments to not be overwhelming. Everything is solid information and easy to follow. Thank you for addressing fibro directly and with more information than just “you just have to live with it.”

    Wonderful and helpful episode
Dr. Pinkston provides a comprehensive explanation of the pain cycle that many of us get stuck in. It helps so much to understand the process therefore helping to elevate the fear that we get stuck in. Thank you so much for this helpful information!

    Wonderful information!
I’ve listened to the first 3 episodes. The first one explains fibro better than I have ever heard it explained. It all makes sense now! I can’t wait to hear the others when they come out. When I was diagnosed with fibro, my doctor handed me a small pamplet and told me it’s important to get the rest I need, then sent me on my way. I was clueless. I did a lot of research online and joined online support groups. I have learned a lot and am so glad Olga has these podcasts and her Facebook page. It has all been so helpful! Thank you Olga!
