I listen to this crew on a daily basis. They are simply telling the story of the Bible and putting into proper context. Awesome and powerful. I have referred nearly a dozen more people to this resource and they in turn spread the word. You guys are doing amazing work.

Through the Word Bible App helps us digest the Bible one chapter at a time and they explain it in a manner that makes it more understandable than just reading the Bible by ourselves. Now, Teaching the Word Podcast is breaking it down even further by helping us to be able to explain the Bible to others in simple understandable & explainable thought patterns. I pray that my pastor would find his way to this podcast. I want to send it to him but i don’t want him to get offended. It makes me sad that I learn more from the app “Through the WORD” than our sermons at church… not shaming my pastor i guess everyone has a different preferable learning style. Anyways!! If you love through the WORD you’ll love this podcast. I know that this is about Bible teachers. But as new Christian, this podcast helps me speak to my friends who are unbeliever that are curios and refuse to read or listen to anything Christian!!! I recently found my way back to God and not long ago discovered their app called Through the Word and I’ve really enjoyed listening to how they broke down the chapters of each book in the Bible. So when I found out about their new podcast I had to check it out. I’m still learning and one day would love to teach others. As I mentioned earlier I love their process of breaking down each section that’s how I learn best and if I can share what I learn with others in an understandable way that would be great! Love you guys and thank you for making these tools available to learn from.

Through the Word has been very profound for me. I have always loved the Word but having someone explain books/chapters prior to me ‘Rereading’ them helps to give a different insight. Also, I see things that I didn’t notice through previous reading. This app, Podcast and devotion have been instrumental in me being able to see and connections of all the events mention even with the genealogy. Also, being connected to Jesus, gives me the desire to ask the Holy Spirit to help me be more like Jesus and want to please God. Therefore, asking Jesus to change my heart and help me change my ways. I love sharing Through The Word tools with others. They are very practical. The teachers give the contents, era of the culture and climate during specific times and discuss the history of what the norm was. This gives better understanding why certain things happened then and wouldn’t be accepted today. This also makes the listeners do more research for themselves. I love how Chris, Peyton and the team are allowing God to use them to help spread the Gospel! Be blessed my family🥰🥰

I’m so excited about this podcast! I have been listening to Through the Word for over a year now and am so blessed by the teachings. I am a missionary in Mexico and teach both kids and adults. I even started writing down and translating a few chapters into Spanish to share with our small group. Being able to dive deep into the Bible is always great! But to do it with people like Kris and Peyton… it’s a game changer! They bring things into the light and bring the word to life. This podcast is going to be AMAZING! If you need to dig deeper into the word so that you can either see the behind the scenes of teaching through the word or want to become a teacher of the word; this is where it’s at! If this is going to be anything like through the word with pastor Kris and his team; this is a must for teachers or aspiring teachers or people that just want more! I am obsessed with the through the word app and listen almost everyday! The way pastor Kris leads listeners through the Bible, is absolutely incredible! He is an amazing teacher and with this new podcast, you can learn to teach the same! His way of teaching is incredible and I’m sooooo thankful for it everyday! After my dad passed last year I knew I needed to not be angry with God and really I needed to learn and draw nearer to God and the through the word app really has helped me!

I use the Through the Word Bible teaching app for my daily studies. The LORD has used it to depend my understanding & see how clearly His grace & mercy is woven all throughout scripture, pointing to the One true God. Jesus. I am very thankful for this ministry.

I thought there were supposed to be 5 episodes. On Google podcast there are 5. Amazon podcast has 5 but it’s unable to play them idk… I’m enjoying the podcasts on Google. Excellent teaching. I’m learning a lot!

I love the new teaching podcasts!!I do not consider myself a teacher as far as Bible school or anything like that, but I am a Christian and I feel it’s important for all of us to teach the Bible to each person we interact with ; whether it’s a stranger or a family member or a friend etc. I listen to through the word every day with my daily devotion and I am so excited to now listen to this so that I can hopefully have answers to questions that come up. These guys are great at teaching and keep it real!

I just started on my Through The Word journey over the weekend. I am pleasantly surprised to see that they have a teaching show here that will teach others how to teach! As a middle school teacher and part time church assistant that didn’t really grow up in church, I am looking forward to using this as a good foundation!

Not only for pastors it seems like this podcast will be helpful to folks in Bible studies, if you are ever asked to lead a study, and also to people doing individual studies. It breaks down where you start when studying a book and how to dig out what matters. It also has guest teachers and a boot camp of how to teach the Bible. The individual episodes are to be kept rather short (less than 20 min) like their Through The Word Bible study series. I am looking forward to more episodes on Apple Podcasts.
