    Amy is a great orator
My favorite pod of the Grim and Mild family. Usually I skip the special guests on other shows, but not these! Can’t wait for more!

    Great topics
Amy is very good at delivering great stories and provides lots of fun facts! Doesn’t embellish the truth, dispels long held myths and includes a lot of historical verifiable content. Her guests are interesting and credible.

    History Plus Ghosts
A perfect combination of historical education and the paranormal, perfect length for a work commute or household chores, and Amy’s voice and cadence are easy to listen to. Her guests are knowledgeable about the history and paranormal activities of the area or property that they are presenting in the episode.

    Got me into podcasts
I started listening to podcasts a few years ago and I wanted to look into Gettysburg ghosts and found Haunted Road. I was hooked. I listened to every episode and was sad that it stopped at times but so happy to hear more are coming. Please keep them coming. I missed you.

    Great!
Amy is a gem! She really cares about her topic/subject and does the homework so she can bring us an extremely informative and engaging podcast experience. Would have given 5 ⭐️ but I had to shave one off for the loooooooooong wait between seasons as I am getting older now and I’m afraid I might not make it to the next season😂

    Perfect for Fall
This podcast is great if you’ve ever watched shows or YouTube vids on creepy places and were left wanting more info and background of the place. There’s a lot of ghost stuff out there that’s just shock, gore, or clickbait but this podcast is focused on good storytelling and research instead. Similarly to Lore podcast, it’s relaxing and spooky and I love learning the history behind these haunted places, the reason they feel so haunted. Amy is a fantastic narrator and does a great job crafting a story. The only thing I would change: I just wish they were longer, because I enjoy the show so much. People devouring content on IG or YouTube might prefer short episodes (for short attention spans) but I think people listening to history-based or researched podcasts can definitely appreciate a longer format. But it’s truly a great show as is, keep up the great work Amy and Haunted Road team.

Best! Most researched haunted locations podcast!
I love this podcast so much! I am constantly checking for new episodes & relistening to old ones. My husband & I even booked a stay at one of the places because I was so intrigued. Amy provides excellent history from her extensive research into each location then brings on a guest to tell their own personal stories. It’s the BEST!

    🎶Haunted Road(s), take me home🎶
This is one of my favorite podcasts! It's so nice to have for my long drives—especially at night. I love that Amy digs into the history before talking about the ghosts. I enjoy learning about each place, and it gives important context. The guests are always interesting, and it's fun when you know who it is! They put a lot of time into the podcast and it shows.☺️

    Love the podcast
I ran across this podcast and love it! I love the back story history of the location and the follow up ghost stories, very well put together.

    LOVE Haunted Road!
I’ve always been drawn to everything “paranormal”, and what I love about Amy’s podcast is that not only does she give you history, facts and even lore about the location, she approaches it all with respect towards all things spirit related. I also love that she has special guests who share knowledge and Haunted experiences with the listeners. Truly an enlightening and entertaining podcast! 👻❤️

    Never heard it
Haven’t listened to a single episode yet, but leaving these 5 stars for the !diot talking about Palestine, like anyone cares, that left 1 star. Stop bringing politics into absolutely everything.
  • Tired of racism 56
    Be aware
Frequent guest Adam Berry has a post on Twitter in which he calls protesters for Palestine garbage because they destroyed a painting of Lord Balfour. He believes western “art” is more important than the death of Palestinian people.

    Love this Podcast!
I really like how you tell the stories and incorporate your experiences & connect with the people that own/work at the buildings and promote people to visit them!

    Sweetest person
I love your podcast, have listened day one. But I also love the way you investigate, with care, consideration and a wealth of knowledge.

    Meh
The history is really interesting but the guest’s stories leave much to be desired. Also, FYI Placerville is a racist podunk town.
  • Sm0ckers
    Love this podcast!
I’ve enjoyed this podcast since its debut. I love the blend of history mixed with stories of paranormal activity.
  • Rlarson589
Best show on Grim and Mild but awful editing
This is a great show. But editing mistakes litter the episodes. Do they not listen to it before it goes live? Like really.. 5 star show but 1 star editing.
  • mct373
    Fascinating!
The combination between real historical locations and the paranormal make this show utterly fascinating. Whether you believe or not, the stories are quite compelling. Each episode is well researched and presented. Invited guests also add credibility and provide deeper insight. One of my new favorites. Keep up the great work!
  • courtney_draws14
    Obsessed!
I love this series! Ever since my mom put on this podcast for the first time in the car, I immediately was obsessed with it. Every time I now draw or do any form of work, I always put on at least 1 or 2 episodes of it, the information that was giving about the places, haunted experiences, and the owners experience with the places is just amazing!!
  • wired12

  • Jenn Peel
    Slow down
I got half way through the Waverly episode and had to stop. Might be a great pc if you’d slow down and put emphasis on the right words. Almost feels like I’m listening to a teenager reading an oral report in front of the class.
  • Zacc Olson
    Love the podcast!
When is the new season coming out?!
  • Bruce the Bat
    More history than mystery
I listened to three episodes and gave up. The podcast advertises to be about mysteries, but in reality, it’s someone reading out from Wikipedia. Boring.
  • Brandy Necole
    Love!!
As I’m waiting for the next season of Kindred Spirits, I found this podcast! I love how easy Amy’s voice is to listen to. I also appreciate all the history about the haunts! Thanks, Amy!!
  • Bijou!
    Love
Love how Amy tells the stories and includes the history of the locations. I often listen to these when I’m trying to relax and unwind.
  • Tickrmvr
    I love these episodes.
Amy has a great way of telling the story. Sometimes they’re repeat from the old ghost hunters days but that’s OK. The added people that she interviews makes it even all that much more interesting. I look forward to this every week. And I hate it when one is skipped. Thanks for doing this podcast. Keep up the good work.

    Never Disappoints
I have been a fan of Amy’s and Adam’s from their initial appearance on GH and now their own series, Kindred Spirits. Recently, on a long road trip, I binge listened to Haunted Road and was delighted to see the same thorough approach to historical research that is the hallmark of their television show. Amy is a great researcher, narrator, and interviewer, and the episodes never failed to not only entertain but educate me about different haunted locations. Thank you for all the work you put into this podcast!
