Don-healthy at 65Excellent podcast!I have been using Inside Tracker since 2021 which is giving me absolute control over my health by knowing exactly what the status of my bio markers are and how they are trending. This podcast is the perfect companion for those who want to be up-to-date on the latest scientific research on healthy aging and longevity in a way that every day people can understand. Great job and keep up the good work!

HealthySpainairdGreat resource! This is a very informative podcast. I have always had a fear of dying so figuring out how to live better for longer has always been a goal of mine. I especially enjoyed the episode with Eran Segal!

Granted27Mostly helpfulAs with so many health related podcasts, these guests get really deep in the weeds really quickly. For the smart layperson, this is not helpful. The recent podcast on protein was supposed to be about how to add more protein to ones diet. That is not what the conversation ended up being. It was about high level athletes and when they should eat their protein. Would have been more helpful to actually discuss the topic of the title. Generally helpful but needs some work.

nhastingskBest podcast on longevity and health!I listened to this after a visit w my 91 year old aunt who is committed to walking, yoga and nutrition (a retired nurse). She and I are both enjoying the podcast now. Although we don’t understand some of the terminology, (we’d rather that be the case than lame & trite simplicity) we have learned a lot and both feel inspired to have “life in our years!” We have not heard such evidence-based and credible information that everyone can benefit from. Thank you and please continue your great work bringing knowledgeable guests for distribution to those interested in healthy lives.

Optimistic followerBravo! As a 77 year old woman who exercises, eats plant forward with fish, some eggs, and longevity in both parents, I find this podcast fascinating. Given I was raised by older people, who were healthy (both Lithuanian), I am trying to match their ages( 93 and 97)and then die quickly. The science and latest research here is so important because older people are very different— profound changes are occurring. The medical profession ignores this, in general. I look to the blue zones, and want to spread them to Santa Barbara California.

SWAT DocStrongly science-based and reliable informationThe Longevity by Design Podcast really suprised me. I am a medical doctor specializing in functional medicine and have come to realize that most new podcasts I come across in the consumer health space are short on scientific evidence and long on anecdoctal advice. That along with the fact that often the podcast hosts may not be experts in the subject matter of their own podcast. This podcast completely upends that trend! The LbD Podcast is strongly science-based and they attract some of the top scientists and doctors in the fields of anti-aging and longevity. I do not sense any inherent biases here in the information being presented. Certainly the podcast hosts are proponents of an individual taking action in the interests of their own health, which could, and rightfully, should include a full set of biomarkers which is their sponsoring company offers. I enjoy the banter between the hosts and their guests as they get to know each other and what compelled them into their respective fields of study. The discussions can become very nuanced and deep, but the take home points are clearly drawn and spoken understandably.

maurabvGreat Info, Many Skips in PodcastI listened to my first episode of this podcast (Dr. Roger Fielding) and overall it was great content, but very frustrating that there were several skips during some of the most relevant sections. I thought at first it was due to something happening on my devices but after going back to try and listen again, I realized there was some sort of technical glitch with the podcast. I’ll try another episode and see how it goes.

jtmyatt$&@Great content and guests, production could be improvedPlease improve the splicing of audio. I appreciate the removal of extra content, but the clipping and unnatural transitions are distracting.

EatpraylovencFrom the science lab directly to mainstreamIn a world where anything on the internet is deemed accurate without fact checking, it’s profoundly necessary to have the scientists detailing exactly what they have learned and where the science is headed. I love the stories from the lab, sheds light on the scientific community.
