Lemonn009Off-puttingThis podcast shares some great information so it’s such a shame that the tone of almost every episode is mocking people who don’t yet know what the podcast host and guests know or who are simply doing the best they can. Listeners are here to learn and make shifts, but it doesn’t feel great to be mocked for doing the best with what we know at the time. If fruit smoothies every day are not ideal (with “almond milk with added sugar”), great, give people this information to change it instead of laughing at your listeners. It is a common theme throughout most of the episodes I’ve noticed.

rui-nakatacould be more inclusivethis is an informative podcast but also unapproachable for people who don’t have a solid understanding of human biology. It could be made better if you guys stepped back and explained some of the medical terms and concepts during the episodes.

Alison MarsLove this valuable and insightful podcast!Preparing for conception and motherhood is a whole new world to me and this podcast is making it feel like less uncharted territory. Especially as someone with Hashimoto’s, I feel like health-wise I have a lot to untangle. Drs. Alejandra and Christine are so knowledgeable and have great guests - I recommend this to all my new mom friends!

YoginimellyFull of helpful information!Loving this podcast. I’be been a long time patient of Dr.Alex and she’s helped me gain my health back from an auto-immune disease. Now that I’m trying to get pregnant at 40, I’m so excited to have this info that these amazing doctors and their guests present. Thank you for providing a podcast that has an integrative approach to pre and post- conception!
