    Binge this podcast! Start from the beginning!
    I love this podcast. I started by jumping around to the topics that interested me the most and loved them. But in those episodes they would always mention things that were discussed more in depth in other episodes, so I’d go and listen to that. Eventually I just went to the very beginning and started listening straight through. Even episodes that don’t sound interesting to me still have so much information that I learn. I also appreciate the thought Diane and Adina put in to the episodes. They always reference their outline. It keeps the conversation mostly focused (I do love the rabbit trails, don’t get me wrong) and you can tell that they really thought through each topic and who should discuss what. These ladies are so knowledgeable and entertaining! You feel like you’ve hung out with your best friend for a bit.

    Adina and Diane are hilarious, down to earth, and super duper smart about real-life health and fitness. I learn something every time I listen and gain perspective on nutrition, strength training, physical and mental health, and also what movies and tv shows to watch. So much fun to listen to every time.

    I’m obsessed with Adina and Diane! They tell it like it is, but also make you feel like you’re their BFF. I’ve learned so much from them- not only about health and wellness, but also about movies, TV shows, board games… I’m so glad they’re back!

    Diane and Adina consistently makes me LOL on each GYST episode. I feel like I’m one of their friends listening in on their conversations. Beyond the laughs, GYST has provided me with a wealth of knowledge to live a more fueled and energized life. So thankful for GYST and these two humans!

    Alright ladies, after a few episodes…I’m hooked. SO MUCH good info here. You guys are so naturally funny and relatable while giving really good practical info for us gals. A rare gem indeed!! As someone who feels pretty well versed in the “health” world, I’m learning so much. I recently started STHH and just really loving everything you guys are about. I’ve been sharing everything I’m learning with my husband cause I can’t shut up about it :) ok bye!

    The episodes of “things we changed our mind about” were so validating of my personal health journey and also freeing. People often share on socials what they’re all about, but when someone changes their mind they rarely get candid about it. Much respect and appreciation to you two for having this conversation! 🫶

    A Full Lesson a Week!
    I’ve listened to every episode since the beginning. Love, love, love this podcast! Adina and Diane have a unique way of turning otherwise, semi-boring (unless you’re a nutrition nerd like I’m sure a lot of us listening are) info, super fun, entertaining, and often LOL hilarious! They thorough job explaining their topics all while making it ‘digestible’, easy to listen to, and easy to follow, even if a topic feels over your head. I’ve learned so much from them so far and look forward to each new episode every week. You can tell both women are passionate about what they are talking about each episode and the format is my fav, especially the back and forth banter at the beginning. Keep up the hard work ladies! It doesn’t go unnoticed and is much appreciated!

    As a fairly new listener and an inconsistent one at that, I’ve enjoyed these ladies and their podcast a lot. I’ve caught myself laughing out loud at times! I always learn something and there’s many things I tuck away in my memory for later to chew on.

    I follow Adina and Diane on Instagram but never listened to their podcast, I don’t know what I was waiting for! My first episode was the birth control one, and I literally was in tears listening to it. It validated my experience with birth control, which is something I never experienced. They explain concepts in an easy to understand manner for those of us not in the health/wellness space. Definitely worth a listen if you are interested in healing yourself from the inside out using natural methods.

    My favorite podcast! Adina & Diane have done such an amazing job creating a fun and entertaining but also super informative, empowering, and most importantly, UNIQUE show. I especially appreciate the media chats, the wit & sarcasm, and definitely the punny stuff but the nutrition and fitness content is also A++. It’s like sitting down to chit chat with your BFFs about health and life. No dogma and no judgement— just real talk and lots of laughs. I may be biased but I think the fact that I chat with Adina & Diane on the reg but still look forward to a fresh episode each week says something :)

    5 stars for Adina and Diane! I just started listening to GYST a couple of months ago (and am finally caught up!) and am midway through Adina’s STHH program. The most recent episodes about how to deal when your loved ones are not on board about food/lifestyle really made me take a look myself (and my significant other, I’m sure, would appreciate!). It really stuck out to me when Adina and Diane said it is not our responsibility to manage what others are doing with food and exercise and offered tips on how to navigate this and with honoring their right to their own journey - how freeing! Thank you Adina and Diane for your insight and vulnerability along the way while we all navigate this complicated (and emotional!) landscape together!

    I absolutely love Adina and Diane! They are funny and sassy! This podcast is so full of great info. I usually listen to it on my morning walk and I feel like they are walking with me just chatting about life, shows, food and health and all the things in between! It makes the miles fly by! I have enjoyed listening to all the episodes and can’t wait for the next one!

    As someone who has been misled by mainstream medicine and alternative medicine, I really appreciate the perspective of Adina and Diane. They are down to earth, and explain the facts without being boring or fear mongering. Now that I have listened to every single episode, I am trying to find reasons to send different episodes to all my friends and family!

    I’ve been in the fitness industry over 10 years. I’ve been a CPT and have a degree in exercise physiology. That said- I’ve known for quite awhile that things weren’t adding up and that my education had barely scratched the surface. I’m exactly like they mention- someone who turns 30 (and has 4 kids) and suddenly things that worked for me in the past are making me feel like garbage. Turns out less is more in a lot of ways when it comes to workouts. Adina and Diane have answered so many questions for me and I’m dying to work with them one day through one of their coaching programs. They preach eating real food and nourishing the body. So important for women to hear this. I’ve devoured almost all of their free content and learned so much. Also- been sort of mad about what I didn’t know, having been in this space for 1/3 of my life. I could go on and on. Thanks for the great content.

    Give me all the straight-talk, the humor, the sarcasm, the FACTS. This show has helped me ENJOY my training again, taking on a less is more mentality, and taking a look at my life as a whole and seeing how I can LOVINGLY reduce, remove, or add in what I need or need to get rid of. Learning so much about stress, holistic health, and new shows I need to watch. This is my favorite podcast.

I have learned so much from the show and appreciate the way Adina and Diane deliver the info in a way that’s easy to understand as well as entertaining.     It would have been possible to discuss anti-semitism and also acknowledge the atrocities being committed against the people of Palestine by the Israeli government. You can be Jewish and love Judaism AND denounce the colonizer state of Israel. I believe it is important to use your platform to speak up, too bad you did so in a biased way that completely ignored the lived experiences of the Palestinian people, and the genocide and apartheid being committed by the State of Israel.

They ditch the diet culture and help listeners understand the importance of food and workouts from a functional standpoint, not trends and aesthetics.
