    So informative
I started listening to Dr. Cabral about 6 mos ago when I was searching for intermittent fasting. I love all his podcasts which are full of information on every aspect of your health. I listen everyday.

    Best yet
I’ve been listening to this podcast for several months now and always look forward to it. The episodes are short and packed with info and real research, not just opinion. S.C. Shares his own extensive experience but includes the science and the exceptions, always acknowledging that we each have to find our own way. It’s the most helpful health podcast I’ve found.

    Nothing new here…
Don’t waste your time on this podcast. No new insights and a lot of anecdotal opinions on fasting! Try Dr Jason Fung or Dr Gundrys podcast instead.

    Fasting and health
Greatly researched Dr. Easily understood and informative without the need for foul language. Very helpful. Doesn’t push one size fits all program and doesn’t push his products as an answer to everything. Great show!!!!

    One of my favorites
I listen to a few different podcasts on IF and this one is one of my favorites. Short and informative. I love the science made simple. Keep up the great work, and thank you for your knowledge and inspiration.

    STOP QUALIFYING EVERY SINGLE STATEMENT
We get it! We get there’s a 1 off. We get everything you say doesn’t apply to everyone. We get that you have another podcast about or that you don’t endorse something just bc you bring it up. How about NOT say: “and again” and then repeat something for the 100th time. You have good info but all you talk about is yourself & repeat yourself.

A lot of pre chat and waste of time
Please just get to the point of the episode. We don’t need to hear all the personal stuff about how you think the medical system works. We get it. It’s skewed. Just get to the point of the episode. Or if you’re going to waste our time for 5 minutes just put time stamps for your audience who is trying to get to the answers

    Just Terrible
Stephen Cabral is NOT a medical doctor. I can find no evidence of him having received an advanced degree of any kind. While he likes to throw around impressive numbers about how many hours he has studied, his education is not listed on any of his websites, and he admits that he is not a licensed ND (Naturopathic Doctor) in his own state. This podcast is his own biased view of the world. I stopped listening after two podcasts, when I heard him claim, without evidence, that intermittent fasting is fine for men, but dangerous for women, and can lead to eating disorders. Simply appalling. Further research reveals he was a Trump-believer when it came to COVID, saying the media was all wrong in 2020, that it wasn’t much worse than the flu, and supporting the use of hydrochloroquine. Please do not follow any advice given by this guy!

    Great podcast!
This is just what I’ve been looking for! I have filled it through so many articles and podcast that seem to be more of opinion than fact and science. I look forward to checking out the website and supplements/products that you offer. Thanks again and God bless!

    Working well for me.
In two month have lost nearly 20 lbs. A1c has also gone crime being elevated to within normal range. Quality of sleep has improved as have issues with long term knee pain from the Army. I’m currently only using 12 hour daily fasts and haven’t decided whether to try a 24 hour fast.

    Talks too fast
I want to enjoy these podcasts & he has lots of good information but he talks so fast and I have to keep rewinding it to hear again. I feel like I’m absorbing like 10% of what he says!

    This Doctor knows his stuff
As a diabetic who uses continuous glucose monitoring. That is, I know what my blood sugar is every 5 minutes I can say that what this doctor tells you about certain substances effect on blood sugar is 100% correct. Example being caffeine. Caffeine is a prolific blood sugar spiking substance that most don’t realize. This doctor knows. He makes fasting a realistic goal that is not daunting to achieve. The 12-hour fast is something nearly anyone can easily achieve and feel really good from the benefits of. He makes fasting as easy to do as possible. When he says something he has my ear.

    Informative and helpful!
I’ve been listening to The Cabral Concept for the last month or two and have hugely benefitted from the information Dr. Cabral shares there. I was eager to tune into this podcast as well, as I can’t seem to get enough of Dr. Cabral’s insight! I appreciate his balance between sharing research-backed information in a way that is easily understood by anyone. Highly recommend checking out all of his resources!
