For 11 years in the plumbing trade I have, frankly, gotten tired of feeling like I’m the only tech in my company that cares. That wants to grow and get better. I have BEGGED employers to train me, the just give me a few more tools in the communication and sales aspect to take me to the next level. But for some reason they seem to not care and are fine with mediocre because I’ve been “at the top.” They focus so much attention on the other techs not caring and sometimes not even showing up. Waste No Day has given me much more than any employer had yet offered. And made me not feel so alone. That there are so many awesome tradesman out there killing it AND upping their game continually. The community is priceless. Good news! I got in contact with Brian and now work for him in Phoenix! Just started and I am so freakin excited to get uncomfortable with my old communication habits and learn much better ones directly from him and my co-workers he’s trained! I look forward to when I can join a boot camp and keep on growing! Thank you waste no day for this new glimmer of hope in my career and the beginning of my next phase of life.

I’ve been listening to this show for a few years, it’s part about of my routine. This show makes Monday the best day of the week. It’s helped me a ton. We don’t do sales training at my shop, so this is where I get my training and book recommendations. Loved the boot camp too! This show is not just for sales tips, it’s totally great for mindset. I downloaded my favorite episodes and listen to them when I’m feeling down or just feeling lazy. Highly recommended.

I have found that nothing, outside of the trades, can give me the opportunity to provide at the level I currently do. Brian and Nate have been key in mentoring me from a podcast in how I can improve my mindset and skill every single day. Find someone who has gone where you want to go, who has achieved what you want to achieve and copy that success. These are those guys, and with an endless supply of amazing guests you are guaranteed to learn all you need to be successful. It’s good to have them in your passenger seat but I’d suggest to be in a place where you can write down and retain what you are being given. Highest quality training. I attended the first waste no day boot camp. It was one of the best trainings I’ve ever been to. Brian is a stand up guy. The way he led the training was incredible. I’m 17, I don’t work in a trade yet but I plan on going into HVAC! I do however own my own Auto Detailing business and this podcast has taught me how to land customers through simple conversation! This podcast is just what young men or women who plan on or are in trades should be listening to!
