The name of the podcast is truly apropos. If you are a firefighter, regardless of your rank, this is a podcast for you. Jim brings out the best in those he interviews and gives you an opportunity to pick up some valuable information to help you excel or succeed in your career. You will definitely enjoy.

This is a must listen for new and seasoned firefighters. Not afraid to ask the tough questions, speak about leaders and leadership from all levels.

As someone who works closely with Jim, this is an authentic and genuine man and he puts these words into action everyday. This is an honest effort to contribute to the fire service in a great way. A must hear for any firefighter.
