    So much great information!
    These two doctors have truly helped improve my quality of life with their wealth of knowledge. Their episodes are short enough that I can listen while getting ready or driving to work, but long enough to pack in some great life changing tips. They come at you from both a scientific and psychological point of view, which I love. So they give you the facts and the science and then follow up with ways that you can change your mindset to implement these little changes and then make them permanent. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lucy and Dr. Mary. If you're interested in a clean low carb life give them a listen.
