On the outside I don’t think I appear to be much of a Christmas guy. I don’t decorate enough, I don’t like much Christmas music at all, but I’ve always loved the way the season makes me feel. This podcast just gives me just a taste of that every week. Sometimes I wish the episodes were a little longer, but Matt, and Dylan have an infectious energy that just sinks its claws in to me. It’s easy to start getting hyped up for Christmas when we’re getting into Halloween, but it’s this time of year (spring going into summer) when I feel like the show keeps my spirits up just that little extra bit, and it reminds me we’re just another week closer to Christmas.

I like Christmas stuff, and they go father than I need, but there is something for everyone. Die Hard IS a Christmas movie…

Just found this podcast…the older I get, the schmaltzier I get about the holidays, and these guys do a great job bringing the feel of Christmas to the listener any day of the year. I love some of the obscure gems they choose to talk about—some of these things sure took me back, and I have totally forgotten about them. It’s currently almost Halloween, my other favorite holiday, so I’m trying to resist diving into this too hard for another week, but nonetheless I’ve already checked out 9 or 10 episodes. Great job guys, looking forward to both new episodes as well and continuing to explore the back catalogue!

Finally! I found other people that think Illumination’s The Grinch is the best Grinch! I don’t know why people dislike it so much. Hopefully, one day it will get the credit it deserves. Also, totally agree - the Jim Carrey one is overrated. It always makes me feel bad when I watch it.

Even if you’re over the cold and snow, Dylan and Matt will find a way to get you into the Christmas spirit! A holly jolly podcast to follow.
