beaniluWonderful and calmingI listened to an episode every day of my pregnancy from about four weeks, and even during early labour. This podcast brought me such a sense of calm and closeness to my baby. The lovely range of meditations got me through those sleepless nights. Now postpartum and still listening all the time. I recommend to all my pregnant friends!

Mama R DavisSpace in the CrazinessPregnant with a toddler is always an interesting experience, but I wanted to thank Kelly for creating this accessible resource to find some peace and gratitude in the midst of the madness. I was feeling bad that juggling work and a first born I wasn’t leaving enough time to appreciate this new little one growing inside me, but this podcast helps create a little of that space. I wasn’t really into meditation before pregnancies and lockdown, but now I use it to help me through work, self doubt, stress, parenting and general life. I feel closer to my heart, body and soul because of it, and more connected to what matters. Thank you.

silvia StockMaking Time for self love during pregnancyI’m in the second trimester of my second pregnancy and I’ve been very struggling to find the time for myself, then someone recommended those meditations to me and I’m really enjoying making a little space to sit with myself and my baby, give thanks to my body and rest my mind for 15 minutes each day. It’s becoming a regular practice that I love! Thank you so much for your wonderful voice and words! Being reminiscent to give myself some self love was highly needed!

jenn_zeeThanks for creating this podcast!I was never really into meditation, but since I became pregnant, I’ve found it is a useful tool to deal with all the crazy changes in my body. I listened to Kelly’s Mindful in Minutes podcast during my “lockdown” pregnancy to deal with insomnia, practice relaxation techniques for hypnobirthing, and manage anxiety and breath issues. I hadn’t found great prenatal meditation podcasts (which is why I was using Mindful in Minutes instead) but I’m so glad that Kelly launched this - she’s got a very relaxing voice and style. I had thought about reaching out this year and requesting a prenatal specific episode, so imagine my surprise when the latest Mindful in Minutes episode revealed this podcast was launching! Even though I’m late in my pregnancy now, I’m going to begin listening to this regularly! Egh dealing with even more insomnia, breathlessness, and anxiety as the due date nears... Thanks for creating this podcast Kelly! Looking forward to more episodes. Can you put this one on Spotify too? 🙂🥰

MatalaSunGreat meditations for an exciting timeI loved mindful in minutes for a while now, am very excited about these meditations for pregnancy. Calming meditations have helped me though my pregnancy so far, so glad there is more content out there now, there was very few themed meditations. I definitely helped me and the little one bond in this crazy time. I still have a few weeks and will be glad for this podcast to accompany me
