kittforkatGenuinely Get ItAs someone with ADHD, it’s hard to put into words what feels so normal. The hosts are able to creatively describe their experiences, thoughts and feelings in a way that helps me feel understood, sometimes too understood.
-
SeattlejwlSo precise and helpful!!Love this podcast, Catie and Erik are great at explaining the experience of ADHD in ways that people who dont have it can start to get it. It has been so helpful to help my partner understand the cosmic storm of my brain xD. Thank you guys!!!!

TahsbartGreat podcast…a suggestion…Would love if y’all delved into Adhd and the world of meds (stimulants and otherwise). Would be good if you brought in a guest too because it would nice to hear a few different experiences. I find that in social media, people will talk about how adhd affects their lives and day to day activities, but it’s never clear if they are operating w/ or w/o medication. For example, “superpower” of hyperfocus. Yes I hyperfocus for sure… but it’s more of a thing I do on my stimulant. If i haven’t taken my adderall , it’s. hard for me to have interest or focus on anything at all. So I’m always curious when people talk about hyperfocus if they are on meds or not. But they never say. Ok that’s it! Thanks for the show and support!

SuperWonderWhoRelatable! It is so great to finally find a podcast that talks about all the things around ADHD, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, etc in a way that relates to my experiences, that doesn’t talk AT me, and is just real about the highs and the lows on top of being generally educational on these topics. They make me feel seen just by being authentic in their own experiences and that means so much.
-
Annm99Entertaining and educational podcastCatie and Erik provide laughs, research and learning, and support.

Jessica21048I’m not brokenHearing the conversations Catie and Erik have helps my life, struggles, and experiences feel normalized. Having a little bit of a different brain doesn’t mean I’m broken. It just means I have to find a way to exist in a world that is not built for my brain. But there are more of us, we’re everywhere, even though we can feel isolated. Thank you two for saving my life.
-
Tired MedievalistAmazingAs a late diagnosed woman, I have never felt more seen and understood than when Catie described her path to diagnosis. This show is a blessing to have.

BrasswynnGateway podcastI’ve listened to every episode, and now I’ve started listening to other podcasts to get my fix while I await the next episode. Catie and Erik are wonderful human beings who are making the world a better place by being honest about what it is like to live with ADHD as an adult. Their experience was what started me on the journey that led me to discover that I am not a loser, but in fact have ADHD. I am so much more kind to myself now.

Frost FeatherMy favorite podcast!I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, and was looking for a podcast to learn some more! It’s a great blend of educational content and conversation! I love the way Catie and Erik interact with each other and hearing all about the different things that they know and have done. I really resonate with this podcast, so I can’t recommend it enough!

HawK TK421My favorite podcastThis show is a mashup of two fascinating people that get together and talk about life. I can’t wait to see what these two come up with! Cowboy butts drive me nuts 😆
-
Captain WidowVALIDATIONNNNThis podcast gives me such overwhelming intense feelings of validation, it’s ridiculous! Like calm down I can only take so much praise and happiness. I was late diagnosed with ADHD so like my whole adult life has been trying to figure out how to function without knowing why I can’t function and then boom ADHD diagnosis, and this podcast really helps that feeling of “why can’t I just??”
-
QueenV14Adhd trioAs a person with ADHD anxiety depression I feel all of your episodes I started yesterday after your episode with Hannah Now binge listening to your podcast
-
ColiviahI don’t even have ADHDBut people I love do. And I’m neurodivergent in other ways. Listening to these two educate while they goof off and go on tangents always feels wholesome and always makes my day better (perhaps even especially when they aren’t focused on one topic or being highly educational on purpose.) Thank you both for showing your true selves, good days and bad.
-
exhausted0403so informative helpful and fun!it’s taken me a while to write this because i couldn’t find the review feature as i normally listen on spotify, but i absolutely love this podcast. first podcast i really listened to and i’ve learned so much about my adhd listening to it-more than any other single source. 12/10!!

Miam2GDa bestThese guys are the best! I loved their tik tok content and I love listening to this podcast where they hang out and chat about how they navigate the world as neurodivergent folks.
-
Acchi89Great fun and shenanigans. This has been one of my favorite adhd related podcasts. As someone who was diagnosed late in life it had been great from learning about adhd and just being able to relate to Catie and Erik. Also lot of my favorite episodes are when they go off topic and banter and I still get a lot out of the episode then.
-
Ihatenicknames12345Useful AND fun!If you need to be distracted from how annoying your life is, you need people with ADHD. No one else can be this entertaining. And they have useful information too, as a bonus!
-
SkyJ14Informative, funny companions on the ADHD journeyCatie and Erik are so relatable and approachable. They demystify and normalize the ADHD experience with real science and personal anecdotes alike. I love their rants and tangents as much as the research and insights. I also appreciate the many intersections of disability, queerness, body image, k!nk, theatre, cooking, and more!

Shaine__Helpful and funnyI have always struggled with feeling alone on how my ADHD manifests and this podcast has made me feel less alone. It’s given me resources and a lot of laughs (plus some really good rabbit holes to follow)
-
SchwarkeeNice to know I’m not aloneAs an adult diagnosed with ADHD this podcast has been a huge benefit. It’s easy to think you’re alone in all of this bye listening to Catie and Erik I know that’s not the case. I’ve also come away with a better understanding of my neurodivergence. Can’t recommend enough
-

shmushy_da_skawirlSo comforting to know I’m not aloneI’m so incredibly glad I found this podcast. I’ve struggled with ADHD my whole life, and am still trying to learn how to live with it. Catie and Erik make me feel like I’m not alone anymore—other people face the challenges that I do. They give me hope that, even with my ADHD, I’ll be able to have a fulfilling life.

Hailey CraigCrawl inside my brain, why doncha?Love the two hosts. They are deeply relatable, funny, have great chemistry, and are never boring. This is a podcast I don’t have to listen to sped up. Also, FEATURE, not a bug: episodes are often randomly released. This is good for two main reasons. 1. It reinforces in a visible way the importance of rest and taking breaks (thanks for the example). 2. My little fat brain loves randomly delivered treats. It’s so fun to see a new episode appear!
-
Hannah Bon-bananaMakes me smileIt’s really well-rounded. They can be humorous, academic, vulnerable, all of the above. I’ve learned a lot! Thank you.

Jenny-810Like being with friends; relatable, validating, warmCatie and Erik’s podcast is my go-to podcast on my low executive function days and I’ll listen as I do house tasks. It’s relatable, real, and feels like chatting with a couple of really nice close friends. I found Catie on tiktok first where she helped me through the first year of my late-diagnosis journey. The podcast satisfies the itch to have a longer form version with the added benefit of co-host Erik who is a total sweetheart. Highly recommend to ADHD folks, especially those who experience depression too.
-
PeterPie81Love!So relatable! It’s great to know I’m not alone in my ADHD struggles.
-
FranOhioLove!Being late diagnosed, like Catie, this makes me feel like I belong. Love this show, thank you!
-
beckie1312Favorite new podcast!Love listening to Catie and Erik’s infinite quest! Their latest episode with KC Davis is what I’ve been waiting for! So many good tips from a mom with ADHD and Catie (and myself) fangirl-ing over her
-
SabrielJenweiWonderfulThese two are so very wonderfully informative and relatable!
-
pants-pants-pants!Yes!I found Catie on tiktok prior to listening to the podcast and she is wonderful. (Sorry Erik we just don’t know each other that we’ll yet but you’re great too) I highly recommend! It has really opened my eyes to how much ADHD really affects multiple aspects of my life and helps me understand my options.
-
princess boiI’m not aloneI was diagnosed with ADHD at 41! I’ve always thought I was lazy or an unmotivated slacker. This podcast has helped me tremendously to find ways to cope with executive disfunction and to communicate with my spouse, parents, and friends. I listen to this podcast while I complete tasks on my daily to-do list.
-
jsfongInfinitely Helpful! This podcast is a lifeline- as an adult recently diagnosed with ADHD I find it relatable, grounding and super fun! Definitely worth a listen if you have ADHD or suspect you might!
-
KvollynI love knowing I’m not aloneCatie and Eric are so relatable in not only the way their ADHD brains work just like mine but in their daily struggles with ADHD and as someone who was also diagnosed later in life they are helping me on my journey of self care and healing! Love these two!
-
LaurieWBartI found my people!I’ve always struggled with thinking that there’s something wrong with me and feeling like an unmotivated failure, an outsider, ashamed. I recently discovered I had ADHD by trying to look for help for my daughter. I am consuming all the information I can and this podcast has been so validating, informative, and entertaining! I relate so much and appreciate the unstructured nature of the show. Catie and Erik have opened my eyes to a new way of thinking about myself and my brain. I’m on a path of self-love and trying to silence the shame I usually serve myself. Thank you, thank you. ❤️
-
lexxxxieflexSo much validation!I found catie on Tiktok and quickly binged several episodes of the pod- now I am hooked. As a late (but recently) diagnosed adhd-er- catie and Eric’s conversations are as meaningful and validating as they are entertaining. I have learned more from them than books or therapy to date lol

fadeproofjsuedeImmortal Levels Of Gratitude & AppreciationGreetings and Salutaions (Christian Slater in Heathers), I initially saw you, Catie on TikTok, which led me straight to Only Fans! I’m just joking, or am I, wink wink nudge nudge. For the first time in my 46 years I didn’t feel alone in my struggles. I didn’t feel alone wanting so bad to be able to do what “normal” people can do, seemingly without effort. I, of course chalked all my weaknesses, failure, and struggles to be signs of something inherently wrong with me. Not just my brain, but what I am; down deep all that made me a person, down in that well was poisoned water that couldn’t be cleaned. I followed you on TikTok and then sporadically listened to y’all’s Infinite Quest. I was immediately hooked by ADHD&D. I decided to start at the beginning. I started yesterday with Eric’s origin story where you called him a little creep for trying to find ways around his home in the walls, lol. I just listened to your speech “You Dont Have To Be Good” I was became very verklempt and was moved to tears. Ive been loved before, I always felt like I had tricked them in some way I am not good enough for their love. Thank you so much. Thank you so much because knowing now what so many things that I do and struggle to do can be fixed with therapy (already go for depression) and I am going to try meds. I am so excited that I lessen some of that which I have been struggling with since I was a little kid. I sincerely have you and Eric to thank. Thank you so much for your podcast and the feeling you put into it, I believe that we all feel it on this end. Thank you two so much, if y’all ever need anything in Northern Ohio, hit me up. I really cannot thank you enough, Dan (code name) @yourgodpraystome on TikTok and Clapper
