Darcy_LynnLoved the mental health episodes/ Paul and DanikaThis show put words to my personal experience with body building. I started this sport when I was 55, and can’t believe it took me this long to find it! For my whole life, I’ve criticized my physique and tried to make it look like a cardio bunny. (Thin legs, waif like, some tone) likely because I’m a product of the 80’s. Think super models😊Body building celebrates my curves, my bigger legs, my hourglass figure. It has become part of my identity, and I’ve only competed once. But I still consider myself a body builder. It’s done nothing but good things for me on every level. I love the way you guys really laid out ppl’s various perspectives on the sport. Mainly, it’s really helped me learn to love and embrace the physique I was born with. Thank you guys for diving deep here!

Fittynerdy3Too many adsWow this is the most ad filled fitness/prep podcast I’ve ever listened to. There were like 6 different ads mostly no shameless plug/self promo it’s very cringe honestly. If we wanted those info we would seek them out ourselves. Or just include them in show notes… but interrupting a question that is being answered with an ad that has nothing to do with the question is bad.

IzzyEstradddaMost Informational and Light Hearted PodcastI am a HUGE fan of the prep series. As a bodybuilder who is yet to compete, learning from experience and expertise from a variety of coaches from different divisions is so helpful to understand the complexity of the sport. I’ve found helpful tips for meal prepping, growth mindset, the harsh realities of competing, and the nitty gritty from judge’s feedback, breast augmentations, and back stage tips! I can’t get enough of this podcast and wish they’d upload two times a week instead of once! I look forward to it each week🥹🫶🏽

hotmommashepAlways spot onI love this podcast. The prep series always seems to have the perfect topics and they discuss things that are relevant to new and seasoned competitors. I’ve learned so much. I also follow a few on social media and their content is amazing too. Honestly the best podcast for bikini competitors to learn and thrive in the sport. I never miss a week.

sayshahUnprofessional and offensiveWas hoping for more good bodybuilding information conveyed in a professional/entertaining way. It's mostly a lot of fluff and the presenters seem awkward, do not speak well/articulately and the audio quality leaves something to be desired. Sponsor editing it truly abysmal and unprofessional. Update: I keep trying to like this podcast but the last ep on "what they don't tell you about being shredded" the hosts actually talk about how you need to warn your SO about having low libido so they don't "get mad" or you end of "doing something you don't want to do"?!? Just insanely problematic rape culture mentality. Are all bikini competitors stay at home sisterwives with tons of free time and money on their hands? Cause that's the culture this podcast seems to promote. PS: Audio quality is THE WORST. Echo, varying levels, coaches CHEWING on mic which is truly disgusting and unprofessional to boot.
