    Eh
This guy sounds very “my way or the highway” which isn’t very helpful if you’re dealing with complex issues. I get the feeling he’s going for tough love, but it’s also not supportive for all kinds of situations and if you’re struggling. There’s better content from more qualified people out there.

Lots of talking, no helpful information
Tried listening to the episode on cptsd and lack of motivation and the guy just talks without giving anything useful. Also getting narcissist vibes from him ironically

    Yikes
Wow. There are many other podcasts on the subject that have been much more helpful. Something seems very wrong with this man.

    What are his credentials?
This person has not bothered to educate himself on Borderline Personality Disorder, therefore it is hard to take anything he says seriously. BTW, narcissists do apologize if it serves them, particularly coverts, unlike what this so called life coach says. They also have cognitive empathy which is why they understand how to manipulate others, though they lack emotional empathy. Borderlines have regular empathy, they just appear to lack it when triggered. To the host, please be responsible and do further research before propagating harmful stereotypes.

    Wow
I just happened upon this podcast during some random searching- how you just get someplace unexpected on the internet. This is such a place, such a podcast. I’m really delighted in each episode. An easy and informative listen.

    Informative and funny
Love this content. It’s helped me learn so much about my childhood. Funny bits too, which is great for comic relief.
