luvtosing10210Listen while runningI’ve been getting back into running the right way and first had to listen to Coach Bennett every run to make sure I actually breathed and ran smarter… Now I listen to podcasts while running and Convos over cold brew is so motivating. I’d recommend this podcast to any kind of runner

ashley 🏃♀️⭐️Entertaining & Educational!!I love everything about this podcast. Emma and her guests are hilarious and always fun to listen to. The ginormous amount of variety in this podcast keeps me excited for every episode. I know the pod isn’t the biggest priority for you compared to other aspects of your job/social media but I hope you know I LOVE listening to your pod when I’m running, in the car, making food, cleaning, and more. I listen to other podcasts but I always go to yours first and look for a new episode and only sadly go to the others if there’s no new episode or I don’t want to relisten to an episode (which I do a lot). Of course a main selling point is that it talks about on of my favorite things in the world - running of course! It’s also so educational and relatable for runners (and sometimes regular people) of all kinds. I also love your YouTube of course! Lastly I wanted to say my favorite episodes so far have been all the Karissa ones and both Cooper (and Reed) ones. But I also love how you branch out from just professional or college runners. I’ve been loving the coach, sports dietician, and marathoner episodes too.
-
jackierunzNEW POD EPISODE IDEAI was just watching your YouTube vid from like 4yrs ago “2017 Holiday Bowl 5k” and it had your dad in it. I love his personality shown in the video. Please do a podcast episode featuring your father!

chaviealiciaBest pod cast!I’ve been following since 2016 when Emma started posting YouTube videos. I love listening to all the conversations and the relatable content!
-
Texas_HoneyFavorite Podcast!I love this podcast. Emma tackles such a variety of topics, so each episode is a different treat, and she does so in such a relaxed and open way. Afterwards I feel like I’ve gotten off the phone with good friends. Emma is able to get a side of the interviewees that others don’t get. I think what ultimately sets this podcast apart from the rest is that I truly feel like Emma loves her audience. There’s just a special something that comes across. During the pandemic I tried out a ton of podcasts and this is the only one I still listen to.
-
erlgirlSo funSo fun to listen to! I look forward to these episodes so much. It feels like a conversation with friends.
-
probably runningLove this podcastI never write reviews but I had to make an exception bc I love this podcast and the host Emma is awesome. She always asks great questions and talks to interesting runners. The only thing I’d change is that sometimes she interviews people multiple times and I’d rather hear about people she’s never interviewed before- like Abby Steiner or Mathew Boling or other college runners that are doing really well right now (for example). Overall though I’d highly recommend for runners!
-
ccourtneyhlove love lovethe running podcast I did not know I needed
-
tdutsonfav podcastI’ve been an Emma Abrahamson fan since her U of O YouTube days. I have been so impressed by her transformation and ability to produce quality content for the female running community. She gets the best guests and is a killer host!
-
just4girlLove this podcastThis is one of the best podcasts I’ve ever listened to! The conversations are so fun and informative and funny. -
fancynancy31717emma is amazingemma abrahamson is such a talented podcaster and convos over cold brew is my favorite podcast of all time! she brings on a wide variety of interesting guests (personal favs of alexi pappas and grayson murphy!) and is extremely adept at interviewing them. conversion happens naturally and never feels forced or awkward. however my favorite episodes are emma’s solo ones. she is honest about her life struggles and unafraid to talk about challenges women face in the running world, like body image and finding identity outside of being a runner. she shares her struggles with her audience, and in doing so is helping the next generation of female runners be prepared to take on the world and fight against the darker parts of running culture. listening to emma is like listening to your older sister. she personally has impacted me so much and i’m so happy i started listening to her podcast over covid. i truly believe that emma is one of the biggest role models out there for young female athletes 🤍
-
ElparsonsLove this podcast!!I love Emma’s energy and how she interviews and interacts with guests!

Keep spreading your joy and positive energy forever!❤️❤️

madisonc26Love it!Perfect podcast to run to, so inspiring and fun to listen to
-
Freely RunImportant Points of ViewConvos Over Coldbrew is a really fun podcast to listen to! What I appreciate more recently about the podcast are the important points of view it explores by interviewing people such as Mary Cain. I hope this episode specifically receives a lot of attention because of the important, yet less embraced point of view that professional running and professional sports in general have conformed to standards tied to capitalism and thereby, racism. Emma’s interview with Mary opens up a dialogue to reflect upon the ways in which the running and field-sports world specifically has allowed the ideals of hierarchy to exploit field-athletes and runners. Interview Gwen Barry next!
-
LeilaBZAlways fun to listen!Great interviews overall on this podcast and very accessible and enjoyable no matter how involved in the world of running you are. I thought the episode with Mary Cain was the best yet. Emma does a great job of letting people tell their stories and guiding the conversation with thought-provoking questions.
-
DelgoochyLove this and Emma! This podcast is awesome and I love Emma and her personality. I wasn’t a big runner until I recently moved to Colorado, so this podcast is super helpful in getting me up to speed in the running community. All of her guests have been awesome too. I love this podcast and I’m always looking forward to new episodes. Thanks Emma!
-
be runningEmma rocks! The running content is great, but half of why I listen is Emma’s real and authentic take on life. I love seeing her perspective on life and athletics evolve. One of my favorite podcasts overall!

AudreyyyOhThe greatest!!!I have been following Emma since the start of her YouTube channel and have always felt better after watching/listening to her content. This podcast makes me feel like I’m in a room of friends. And I honestly learn something that helps improve my life every time I listen. Whether that has to do with my running, friendships, nutrition, navigating life, body image, finding my passion, being gentle and kind to myself, etc. I look forward every week to this podcast and am never disappointed💓
