    Finding it’s feet
Honestly, this started off as a last resort for a long drive pod. That’s not to say it was ever bad, but in a field of strong contenders for motor sports pods, this wasn’t in my top 5. It is now. It’s evolved into a rider personality showcase. The interviews are among the best and I think it is a good showcase for who the riders are off the bikes, and what there everyday lives are like. It’s still got room to improve and I think it’s overall voice is still developing, but it’s gone from okay to very good and still hasn’t hit its ceiling. Excellent job, keep up the good work and it will be a 5 star!

    Ugh
Fran is terrible; rambles on, interrupts guests, droning voice. Fans hear of Dorna wanting to build their fan base, yet they make silly decisions like using this interviewer. Hire experienced pros. Bring back Amy Reynolds.

    Pretty good, but…
Not a fan of Fran. Interrupts guests and cohosts quite often and talks about herself a lot. Also does not appear to have too much knowledge of the sport. I see Matt has been promoted and he deserves it, but Elliot and Jack are great replacements and very professional.

    Twitch lag
The show is slightly difficult to listen to this year. There is a noticeable amount of lag in conversation allowing talking over each other. It may not be possible but last year’s format is more favorable. Still love the information though.

    Great podcast!
The access to moto insiders is remarkable and I have enjoyed the interviews so much. Sometimes there is host laughing or talking at the same time as the guest, which is natural and conversational in person, but can make it harder to discern or hear the guest when listening. I really appreciate the show - thanks!

    Great Guests!
I’ve enjoyed your talks with everyone - quite impressed with all your interviewees! - just have to say Aki Ajo: what a cool person! His integrity can be seen in so many different kinds of success across all classes - wow wow wow! Thanks very much and keep up your good interviewing!

Could be a little better orchestrated
Well let me start by saying I am a fan, don’t get me wrong, but I feel like there are a few points with the podcast that could be polished up. You need only go to pop over to F1 and listen to Beyond The Grid or F1 nation to hear how it should go. Whilst Fran and Matt have a good dynamic I feel like they miss the opportunity to have some deep dives and get intimate with folks from the MotoGP world. I also cannot tell you when the next episode will appear?! This inconsistency makes it a little hard to follow and you can’t expect people to be looking forward to an episode when you don’t know when it’s coming in or what it will cover if it’s been 2 races gone etc. One episode I listened to recently there was reverb gone crazy and at one stage I couldn’t hear Matt asking questions. That to me is poor production and further more editing. Just cut that bit out altogether. So spend a little more time going on the deep dive with riders, team principles etc, polish up the production and get a bit more consistent and I guarantee you’ll have a boat load more listeners!

    Great tech talks!
Love love love these dives into all the amazing tech for MotoGP and how it’s changed over decades. SO much innovation in every aspect - from the tips of rider gloves to 3D design and sim of the entire track.

    Great Interviews
Love the interviews with not just MotoGP people, but racers in general. Between this and Paddock Pass with Neil I feel way more informed

Puts a human face on this amazing sport.
Thank you guys so much for making this. It really exceeded my expectations. We all see all of these faces on the tv: Lin Jarvis, Petrucci, Neil hodgson etc. But these intimate and relaxed and funny interviews really put a human face on this sport. Now watching them race is so much more meaningful, because we feel like we actually know who they are now. And they’re human, fallible just like us. Not robots like we all thought they were.

    👎🏻
Neil Morrison Paddock Pass is a much better option.

    Keep it up!
I have subscribed to MotoGP for years. This podcast has really increased my interest and understanding of the people involved. The key word there is people. It’s so easy to think of these individuals as heroes or aliens, but this reveals their human nature. Thank you and I hope you can keep getting access after we resume the new normal.
