    Bad takes all around
Mock draft is ridiculously bad. They spend 5 min talking about topic dropping to 8 because of his injury but then draft him at 4 because of fit? Why bother to make this trash.

    Just bad
Terrible analysis, sound quality and more than half adds. Can’t believe this is a real show or that people can’t find anything better to listen to on the nba

    Rafael gives great prospect analysis!
I appreciate that this podcast is real analysis and not just a regurgitation of group-think. Rafael is really authentic and insightful. This as must-listen for draft fans. And Richard does a great job when he’s on too!

I learn so much about the upcoming prospects

    Horrible Coverage
Just listened to them discuss the top rookies, and they way the Danced around Keegan Murray who’s stellar play is proving they have no idea what they are talking about is beyond cringe worthy… Quit being so insecure, admit you were wrong and talk about the entire league instead of avoiding players that makes you look foolish!! I’m sure when he goes through the evitable rookie slump, they’ll start talking about his play!! 🤡

    Hard to listen to
I appreciate the effort, but it’s not the same since Chad Ford left. I have to turn off the podcast at times because I cannot stand the sound of Rafael swallowing between every sentence. Too much unintentional ASMR…

    Concerning changes
This last episode was atrocious! Iv been listening to the podcast for just about a year, and I have really enjoyed it overall. However, over the last two weeks the show has started to nosedive. This episode was about the best defensive players in the 2022 draft and while I didn’t time it, it had to be AT LEAST Half advertisements. I have never heard so many adds in one podcast, AND IT WAS ONLY 30 minutes! I couldn’t finish the episode, and if this trend continues I will absolutely unsubscribe. My final complaint, the host spent far to much time talking about himself; I understand the recent success must feel great but this was certainly excessive. This felt way to much like sports talk radio. Please get back to the draft content we know and love, without the gimmicks. , NBA (draft) fan

    Speak up
This podcast might as well be in Braille because you can’t hear a word Raphael says.

    A True Seer
I enjoy listening to Chad as he buries his face in his hat and peers into his seer stone and looks deep into the future and reveals the truth of all things. He knows where to find that buried treasure!

    Used to be awesome
Please give Rafael his own feed so we don’t have to listen to him here

ALL OF LOCKED ON NETWORK IS A JOKE
First of all, locked on network is a complete joke. If you listen to any of their shows you’re a complete newb of a fan. There’s literally millions of independent podcasts that are better! Please, just do yourself a favor and expand your horizons. Now that that’s out of the way, I liked this somewhat for draft info until Rafael came on. He literally comes on the show and states that the Lakers should run their offense thru Westbrook, thats the only way they can win. Yes, this was when AD was healthy… like come on dude…

    Re: John hollinger
Why would John make a smug remark about Kuminga on last episode about his age. Is it because he’s from Africa? Would he question non black American atheletes age? I think not
  • bkraver
    Ford > Wasserman > Sam V > Trump > Draft Express
ESPN never should have let go of Chad Ford simply said. He is WAY better than the guys Woj brought into ESPN.

    NO MORE TONY JONES PLEASE!!!!!!
    Hollinger is the best guest.

    How Grades Work
Just listened to draft grades and I’m blown away at how hopeful this “analysis” is. If there are 30 teams, the 15th best draft would be a C, because C is average relative to the other 29 drafts. 28 drafts can’t be A or B. I go back to every draft before this one, maybe 15 out of 60 picks end up relevant players. Listening to this podcast, you’d think there were 45 hall of famers drafted. Nobody wants to rock the boat or actually be critical, because everyone likes their cake walk job. Hope springs eternal after every draft, can we please remember how fantastic Darko was gonna be? I can’t listen to endless showers of praise being called analysis. Someone should do a podcast analyzing the analyzers years down the road. Draft experts…….what a big joke.

Trying too hard to be “different” I think
Not usually bad to be different. I enjoy listening to a level of podcasts with all kinds of views and aspects on the draft, but come on - the most recent interview with Tony saying he wouldn’t take SGA AND 6, 16, 18 for #3 is ludicrous and as the host you have to call that out. There are no teams in the league that would pass up a 22 year old, all-star level talent that has proven it on the court for the third pick in the draft - let alone to get that talent and a pick three spots later, on top of 16 and 18. Who cares about financial ramifications, what do the Pistons or Cavs have in mind? CLE couldn’t even get Free Agents with LeBron on the team, and Detroit already has some promising young guys on very cheap deals - adding SGA to Bey, Stewart, and Grant could easily be a high-level playoff time in the East as early as this season.

    Draft Intel
Been following Chad Ford’s fantastic draft work since his ESPN days. So happy he provides such extensive and thoughtful info on all prospects you should know about. Frequent guest Tony Jones is AWESOME!!!

    Please No More Tony Jones
This is the first review I have ever left on a podcast. I can’t do it anymore. Somebody has to tell Chad. Tony Jones provides nothing to the podcast. Regurgitated opinions galore! Nothing “insider-esque” contributed. Please Chad.

    Platitudes and generalities abound
Go figure that Professor Ford would talk in ephemeral circles while talking in vagaries. Super affable. Produces content routinely. As an aside, frequent guest Tony Jones the sort of analyst that compares Keith van Horn, Croshere, Hansborough, allll to Larry Bird.
  • RichPano
    Who’s better than Chad Ford??
Chad does a great job breaking the game of NBA Draft prospects.
  • Ffccjopvc
    Analysis is trash
He just talks in circles most of the time and doesn’t watch the prospects in person and you can tell.. I was done when he said Kuminga could be Paul George. Kuminga is more like al Farouq aminu . Does Chad Ford even watch basketball ? His takes are outrageous and should be stopped

    Skipped Cleveland
Fans of every team listen but you skipped from Chicago to Atl. Atl had just as terrible a record as Cleveland.
  • Rooss34
    Entertaining but
I really enjoy listening to Chad talk about the prospects and the way NBA teams may view them, but I really don’t like the way he does his “big board”. Ranking it based on where teams generally may be drafting guys given his contacts is a great way to both avoid any criticism for getting his evals wrong and also avoid telling us any actual details about the specific interests of any specific team. Take a risk Chad, tell us what you honestly think about each player.
  • Draftfan41
    Where did you go?
I feel like draft season is now upon us and no new pods and no real announcement. I have been waiting to hear how you and Ryen Russillo’s draft emded up.

    One of my favorite pods
This is my first podcast review and I am proud for it to be this one. Chad is a knowledgeable guy and a true class act, much love and appreciation to you for what you do! This pod is awesome for nba fans and perfect for nba draft junkies 😂
  • CoachFord301
So glad Chad is back BUT
I’ll buy a case of built bars if Chad stops pretending to eat one mid show. Everything else is tremendous.

    Good guests, questionable host
I love the pod because of the guests with Hollinger and KOC. They're probably two of my three favorite guys in all of the nba media behind Lowe. They bring terrific insight and Chad does at times too. But his history of altering his draft rankings after the season had began to make himself look better is worrying. I hope it isn't true cuz Chad seems like a good guy.
  • FosterDad38
    Conflicted
I like the pod and listening to the analysis and his guest he has brought on. I’m just torn about the reports that he went back and retroactively changed his draft rankings to improve his image while at ESPN. Struggling with this
  • stevejac002
    2016 pod
Enjoy the pod, I was listening to the 2016 Pod and Hollinger said Sabonis got shut down against SMU. But Sabonis has 20 and 16 and was 9-14 from the field. I don’t understand how he got shut down.
  • knicks93-94
    Re-draft pod?
Isn’t this what Chad did over the years at ESPN. Re-doing his drafts over the years to make himself look better? Chad fords conflict/resolution Class 101 Conflict: I get my picks wrong! Resolution: I’ll retroactively change my rankings to look better!

    Redrafts are quality podcasts
Listened to the 2014 redraft. Solid podcast episode. One thing missing was a recap of their redraft selections at the end.
  • gr8trthan
    Redrafts
Great stuff I think what’s forgotten at times is leading up to the draft the buzz around these guys which at the time some see like great picks, but like you said situation matters.
  • Rasheed Sulaimon
    Great to have Chad back!
He’s the best in the business. Enough said.

I want to be Chad Ford
He’s awesome. Thanks for doing this podcast.
  • jdrdr111
    Chad Ford is a fraud
He went back and edited his old mock drafts to make himself look better. Pathetic.
  • roosterfreak
    Love it
