Thoughtful conversations about characters, themes, childhood memories and of course the toys gave me such a feeling of relatedness.

Have enjoyed this podcast since it started.. From Jerzy’s insights into storytelling to Hoover’s brilliant theories and choice 80s toy commercial selects.. the pair seem to strike the right balance effortlessly. A thoughtful, sincere and funny approach to a cartoon series that I loved so much as a child. Andreas, Greece.

I was a bigger fan of the Transformers comic book as a kid and never really appreciated the cartoon. Jerzy and Hoover have kindled a new love for this series that I never believed I would have. I hope they decide to continue this podcast covering Beast Wars and Beast Machines, rounding out the G1 continuity.

I can’t believe I’m just finding this podcast. Its fantastic, and might I say one of the best Transformers related content I’ve ever had the pleasure to listen to. I’ve had a blast going back and watching the old episodes and afterwards listening to Hoover and Jersey review them. This podcast is an easy 5 stars for sure.

This podcast is great! The host clearly have a deep love for the Transformers G1 cartoon. It’s not all gushing about how awesome the cartoon was, Jerzy and Hoover can be critical of the show too.I really like how the hosts aren’t afraid to dog lunch the show when it has issues. When I listen to the podcast, it’s like I’m with friends I have never even met.

I cannot say how much I love this podcast. The banter between the hosts is like sitting with your best friends from elementary school. The episode reviews are informative and nostalgic. Thank you for doing this!

This podcast puts a unique and fun-filled light on the G1 Transformers cartoon that’s refreshing for modern ears. These guys add layers of character development I’ve never seen for both the Autobots & Decepticons. Hoover is a great partner to Jerzy, they both balance each other in their topics & opinions.
