kariplus3Great point!I loved you breaking down the “trust recession” and the reminder to listen to God’s leading rather than online coaching!
-
Miracle’s momThank youI’m new here and so far….so enlightening and I’m so ready to learn! I originally found Joelle on YouTube in April 2024 - she did a whole series on her cerclage journey. Telling you that her experience helped me on my own cerclage journey is an understatement. She gave me HOPE to keep going. Can’t wait to dive into more episodes here while I hold my newborn baby girl.

Emotionally Healthy LegacyEnjoying this showI’m new here and I’ve been really enjoying Joelle and her way of teaching. So helpful for women my age in their 30s who want to better our hormonal health. I like the food ideas episode. That episode was great! -Elizabeth from Emotionally Healthy Legacy

K.FergasonLike chatting with a friendJoelle is awesome, she is like listening to a friend sharing what’s working for her and what isn’t. Such a great and easy to listen to podcast. She is informative without being over my head with science-y jargon. She is helpful for any lady who is interested in improving her health.

Bryanna BrownHooked!I’m not even sure how I stumbled across this podcast today. I’ve never even heard of cycle syncing, but it makes so much sense. I’ve always been so I tune with my cycle but frustrated by my luteal phase and the pure exhaustion. I listened to maybe 5 episodes back to back today. Joelle has a very pleasant voice to listen to as well. I can’t wait to learn more!
-

AMC1007One of my favorites!I love this podcast and look forward the new episodes every week. Joelle is relatable, honest, realistic, and down to Earth. She reminds me that it is ok and in some cases helpful if I feel the need to scale things back during certain times in my cycle. I think women need that reminder so very much. Her attainable approach to life and fitness can benefit everyone. Thanks Joelle!!
-
hwvegasA MUST ADD to your weekly playlistJoelle is real. She is passionate. She is so very knowledgeable. She seems like a friend you’ve never met in person. Her voice is easy to listen to and the topics are insightful. She comes across as if she cares about helping you. I had never heard of cycle syncing or even cycle phases. I really wish I had known about this when I was first getting my cycle. I’ve been fighting my body my whole life and wondering why I never win. Which begs the question- why don’t women help each other?? Why isn’t this information passed down and second hand knowledge to all, women and men?? Eye-opening.

NstafeldaCycle Syncing Made SimpleI was diagnosed with PCOS over three years ago and read Women Code during that season. I feel like what you have shared on cycle syncing and some of your experiences/tips have really helped make things more simple and family friendly. Sometimes PCOS can be so overwhelming, but having you and others break it down a little more simply really helps. Thanks for all you ladies are doing!
-
JaclyncastroI resonate with you!Joelle, Thank you so much for episode 9 (Instantly Find More Time). The part of your story about a simple birthday for your son was really good. Yes, my son will not want to have a frazzled mom trying to put together an extravagant Pinterest themed party for him. It really helps with the fact that my son is simple and every year he just wants our family to have a special dinner just us. He just turned 13 yo this month (July 11). I’m so blessed to hear that I’m not the only one who has simple celebrations. I think it’s special that we get to acknowledge the quality time spent on the day versus feeling bad that the party wasn’t a “huge honor” celebration type. I subscribed, rated, and reviewed your podcast. Thank you again!

KateBresslerLOVETotally needed this! You are the best Joelle!

Kschuch09Must listen for momma’s (and everyone else 😊)I have been following Joelle since my 4 year old was a baby on Instagram. She influenced me throughout the years in many areas by being open and honest. And now this platform gives the space to elaborate on all those ideas and topics from all aspects in life! Parenting plays a huge role, and she doesn’t hold back on the struggles. That’s the best part! You feel like you aren’t alone in those times, and she gives you tools to get through them. Keep up the amazing work Joelle!
-
Mommin ain't easyAmazing!Life is all about the seasons and some are more difficult than others. I love listening because it’s so applicable and so relatable to real life. I could relate so much to so many episodes, but especially the episode on postpartum depression. I found out at 20 weeks that our baby had a birth defect that was life threatening. I spent two months away from home and lived in a hospital hours from my own home for over a month. I related so much to so many of the things you shared and it made me feel better about the journey I went through to have our son. Thank you for sharing!
