vyky4Best everI feel the need to emphasize how amazing the Honey Boy podcast is. They not only talk about making the film, they get deeper, it becomes a conversation with friends about life, love, and art and whether or not you agree with them philosophically, you appreciate the honesty bc you can tell they’re being honest with each other. And they are all both the intervier and interviewee, asking and answering each others questions which adds to the authenticity.

tamaawaListen after you see Honeyboy, it feels so warmI adored Honeyboy. I felt so close to all of the characters and it was such a gift to be able to listen to them talk about this movie, life, love, acting, masculinity, and twin flames. It was such an honor to listen to everyone speak and share their experiences. Please watch Honeyboy and then listen to this podcast.

Crab_JuiceGreatest movie great podcastI loved this movie. I also enjoyed the podcast, I however as a Stoic disagreed with what Noah said about emotions. Not all emotions should be displayed publicly. I hope he realizes this one day.

SeaaveryGreat Companion to the Excellent FilmThank you for doing this podcast. It’s fascinating to listen to everyone’s process and reactions. Thank you for making this film. It was such a cathartic experience to watch. I can’t even imagine how cathartic it was for Shia. Thank you for having the courage to be so vulnerable and honest.

amandavanderburAmazing FilmThis is a movie that I’ll think about for years, it’s inspiring how Shia was able to write this story while in rehab. Great podcast! I’d love to know more about the score by Alex Somers and how that process was working with him.

Podcasts that talk about movies that just came out, all time great movies, podcasts that interview the Director or an actor. This podcast is the Director, the Writer, and the Actors all interviewing each other. This podcasts asks the questions Podcasts hosts never ask and talks about the things they aren’t equipped to talk about. This series is a portal into the mind of actors and reveals the journey of creating meaningful art.

bdrake25Honey BoyVery cool to hear the cast reflect on each other's performances and experiences with making the film without a third party asking the questions. Much more intimate experience. Looking forward to the film.
