Great podcast specific to NZ property market

I’ve really been enjoying the podcast as both Ed and Andrew have been sharing a lot of info relating to the changes in the government regulation and explaining their likely impact.

Enjoyable, informative, and concise.

Been listening for a bit and just love this podcast. I love that they dare to be themselves and joke even if it could cause them some flack. I love their positive approach and view on property. So often all you hear is “the sky is falling” messages about property. Their take is refreshing and encouraging. Their enthusiasm is contagious and so engaging. Great chemistry between the two hosts, which makes it really fun for the audience.
