    Doesn’t waste my time!
This podcast is all business, with almost no superficial fluff. The two reporters do an excellent job of providing useful, interesting, insightful information. I’ve listened to a couple other similar podcasts, and this one doesn’t waste my time with useless chatter.

    You guys sound miserable
You guys should really find another team to cover since you hate the Bears. You sound miserable.

    Well done
Great no nonsense and to the point podcast each week. Well done!

    Terrible sound engineering!
Please, fix your sound quality. Why does Jason always sound like he’s speaking from the bottom of a deep well?

    Volume
Gentlemen, We don’t know how this works, but could you adjust the volume? One of you two are either too loud, and then the other too low. Annoying a bit. Thanks! and you know we listen and enjoy.

    Great Analysis
Great analysis from people who clearly know their stuff. But Lieser is as much a curmudgeon as Finley is a delight. Good lord. He is downright rude and dismissive. He interrupts Finley constantly. Finley and the Potash appearances are what keep me listening. Lighten up, Lieser. Sheesh

    Real sports journalists….
…rather than bloviating sports radio “personalities” talking about the maddeningly frustrating team I love. Thank you for the frank assessments & insights. P.s. Don’t you think you could spring for an omnidirectional microphone? You guys sound like your sitting 10’ apart. You’re not teenagers doing a podcast in your dad’s den - your professionals. Stop sliding your phone around and buy a mic.

Frankly, More Entertaining Than The Actual Team
Halas Intrigue has become my go to for Bears post game coverage. The hosts clearly know their stuff and are often hilarious. Plus, they’re writers and that makes an enormous difference when it comes to communication and analysis. Also, their mid-week prediction episodes are fantastic. Now, if they would just record a Fantasy Football podcast….

    Great
Love the Podcast because it is short, sweet and no circuses.

    Unsubscribed
Sports should be an escape from your daily life. Not when Pat and Jason can’t stop talking about the plandemic. Thanks for nothing!

I was on board, then ….
I enjoyed the pod and it was in my regular rotation of Bears podcasts. Then on the latest episode after the Bears’ loss to the 49ers (2021) Patrick Finley went on with how he “has no sympathy” for Elijah Wilkinson possible losing his spot to Larry Borom because he is unvaccinated. Feel how you feel but no one is listening to hear how you feel about vaccinations. Big turn off for me and unfollowing. Mark Potash is great, Jason is decent.

    Fantastic podcast
It’s informative, good analysis and they also manage to make to deliver entertainment 🙌🏼

Listenable when Mark Potash is on but better options
I listen to 6 plus Bears pods and this one is hit or miss. While Potash is knowledgable and balanced Jason Lieser has no self-awareness whatsoever. He and his co-host attempt to ridicule the more senior and knowledgable Potash aparently oblivious to how ignorant and juvinile they come across. Lieser in particular comes across like a movie critic that thinks he should be Steven Speilberg

    More Potcasts!
The football talk is good but the latest Pot-cast about Mark’s court date was a great story. Congrats on getting your ticket thrown out! Also, following the thread of Mark’s email notification going off during the show and then revealing he missed an email about said court date was tremendous. These guys always entertain and inform me - especially Potsie.

    The short format is good
And of Mark Potash is hilarious (and insightful)

Fastest growing podcast within a podcast
I only listen for the pot-cast
  • Nikki Ferrante
    Hard to listen to
Wide disparity in voice levels. But there is a lot of giggling.
  • Mike Damore
    Go Potcast!
    Yes, Mark, we care.

    Worst Bears Podcast
Bear Download, Hoge and Jahns and Under Center are all way better than this dumpster fire. I cringe every time I hear the Plumber’s 911 transition coming, and basically stop listening whenever the “Potcast” starts. If Potash don’t wanna be there then why is he there?

    I have hope they’ll improve
The good? This is the most up-to-date podcast on the Bears, recorded straight from Halas Hall giving near immediate updates on press conferences during the week. The bad? That usually means, in a 20 minute episode, there’s really only 6 minutes of real Bears coverage followed by 10 minutes of bullying a perpetually confused Mark Potash and a solid 4 minutes of Plumber’s 911 ads.

    Listen for the “potcast”
I give this podcast a 5 but I give the potcast a 10. I heard that it’s the most popular podcast within a podcast in America. I’m waiting for Apple to develop a new feature to review podcasts within podcasts separately but for now I’ll have to settle for a review within a review. Great show.

    Too much fluff
Not a fan of the “potcast” and there’s only about 5-10 minutes of content in each podcast.

Quickly becoming my favorite bears podcast
Good content, to the point, and fun to listen to. The guys don't take themselves too seriously - and the dynamic between them is pretty great. They like to drive 'potsy' nuts with the potcast, and I quite enjoy it, too. In short, great bears coverage and fun.

    Potcast
Guys having fun talking football. I hate it when the media treats football like a major historical enterprise... this podcast is not that. These guys are fun to listen to and I don’t think they really even want to do the podcast. Keep it up guys.
  • GM0805
Refreshing take on the Bears (and other fun stuff)
Let’s be honest, sometimes Chicago sports talk takes itself a bit too seriously. Halas Intrigue delivers hot takes and a candid POV on all things Bears. Lieser and Finley spice it up with entertaining tangents and the Potcast delivers invaluable life lessons (or random stories). Also great that it is a quick listen @ 20 mins. I was intrigued; now I’m sold. Go Bearsss.

    Great, informative podcast
An awesome podcast from the best reporters covering the Chicago Bears and the fantastic season that's ahead.
