    She simplifies everything
My husband and I just started keto/low carb not for weight loss but for all the additional benefits like reducing inflammation. Stephanie’s personality makes listening to this podcast easy and she really dumbs down how to be successful and makes you realize how simple keto can be.

    Well…..
I go back and forth on Stephanie’s podcast. I download and then delete. I did that three times. This time I stayed. Why?? Well it makes me laugh and smile. All the playtime she does is called personality. She is not queen keto but she is the jester. So why not listen to get some knowledge of her products or just for a smile!!!! You rock Stephanie. 🤘🤘

Goodwill is not a charity. It’s owned by millionaires who deceptively depict it as a charity.

Good info but painful to listen too
The content is good but I can’t listen to it! It’s unstructured and too casual. Not worth the time it takes to listen to a whole episode.

    I just can’t
I would love to listen to more episodes because I think you have some simple good advice. I really can’t stand your constant “joking” and silliness. Just get to the point and help inform.

Best lifestyle change I have ever made
Since 2005 I had tried every diet there is to reduce inflammation, control my sweet tooth, and lose weight, but it wasn’t until this October where I happened upon Stephanie Laska’s podcasts, videos, and books that I finally found a life changing style that is working for me. Every day I look forward to reaching my goals with the Dirty Lazy Keto ideas and strategies that are being shared. Now I feel good about myself and everyday I am seeing results toward those goals. Thank you Stephanie and Tamara for sharing your insights and wisdom.

    Learning to love myself
With the help of you amazing girls I have lost 100 pounds! But with that being said, the hardest part has been learning to love my body. And this is probably tmi but yesterday I bought some new lingerie and when I put it on I literally cried. I had never felt so sexy in my body before. I can’t thank you guys enough!

    How to change eating habits
Love your podcasts. Today’s was a game changer for me. I originally lost weight with keto but was “told” I had to fast 16/8. My weight loss stalled and that’s when I bought your book. I convinced myself I had to fast or I will gain weight if I go back to eating breakfast. Today Stephanie said “if someone tells you can only lose weight doing something” (paraphrasing of course) prove them wrong!” Cooking breakfast as I write this! Thanks girls!

    Best podcast hands down

    Not Alone
I really enjoyed your book and am enjoying your podcasts. I take away something from everyone I’ve watched or listened to. I can relate to so many issues you wrote and talk about. Can’t remember how many times I said “Wow, that’s me”. I feel like you are talking directly to me. So nice to know I’m not alone on this journey.

    The Best!!
I have the hardest time sticking to a diet. And it puts me into a major depression. I started the DLK WAY 5 months ago and lost 12 pounds! Then I fell off the wagon thru the holidays. But now I am pulling myself back out of it. I never stopped listening to your podcast! And I spent the last few days doing squats in the kitchen while cooking and wall sits while playing video games with my 6 year old for his evening half hour of Mario! I’m getting back to it. And I owe you guys for all of your fun and wonderful hacks to get my back on track!

    I’m New to DLK
I just got done listening to the episode about the green bean casserole and I’m so excited to make this one for me and my sister and make the traditional one for the rest of the family. My question for you today is can I make this the night before and put it all together except for the cooking part and I’ll do that the day of?

I, so, appreciate you two doing this wonderful podcast! It certainly helps me stay motivated to try Dirty LaZy Keto since I can relate to everything, because you are real and not judging. My mom and I have been working together to loose the weight. We have both had our struggles with plateaus but continue the course. Your podcasts and books have helped us both stay on track, we often message each other a tip you and Tamra have given us. Keep up the encouraging advice.

Great support & suggestions - you’re not alone!
Found this, the FB group and even the books to be very enjoyable and relatable. Soooooo relatable! Sometime I wonder if Stephanie KNOWS me and my family based on her stories.

    How Excited Am I?
Answer: Very!! I get your e-mails notifying me of a new podcast. Super excited that you now have video to go with. I’m more of a visual person, so this is awesome. I have your first book and cookbook, but soon hope to have second. I’m 66 and limited to walking, but I appreciate your exuberance and motivating ideas. Keep it up! Granny Keto

    Keeping it real
Had a feeling this was going to be a podcast I loved from reading her books. I was right!!! I laugh, I nod, I ponder, it’s real talk about real life - LOVE IT!!! I look forward to this podcast every week. Thank You for doing it!!

Likable women - but would like more substance
I am a fan of the book and the overall concept of this podcast. That being said - I would like more substantial content and take-aways. A lot of laughing and light talk is fun but was disappointed that it didn’t move passed that. Would suggest user question / answer section, a keto specific tip per episode and maybe guest speaker. I know this is about more than Keto but a brief topic discussion would be appreciated.

    Dirty, Lazy Girl Review
Great podcast! It’s so encouraging to know that I am not alone in the Dirty, Lazy Girl world. Stephanie and Tamara discuss real life topics that women face in our daily lives and they do it in a non-judgmental way. I smile, laugh and relate to what these ladies share.
