    Wonderful Resource
Preparing to raise a couple of pigs in my 1/4 acre city backyard that’s overrun with crabgrass. I’ve been binge listening and taking notes and have learned a lot in a short period of time. Great interview style and very approachable. Would love an interview with someone raising mulefoots. Thank you!!

Listened to the podcast with David as your guest again and would really be interested in an update interview now that it’s been almost 5 years since the original interview with him.

    Just started listening
Pork Ryan I think gave you a shout out at the HOA 2022 and I was sitting behind you. It took me a while to find your YouTube channel and that lead me here. I love the podcast and I have started listening at the beginning working my way through I really enjoy hearing from the different producers and different methods of achieving the same goal a more ethical and more sustainable method of raising pigs.

    I love this podcast!
We are five years into our homesteading journey and just added AHG in November. This podcast is down to earth, engaging, and super practical for brand new pigherds. I had no idea how delightful pigs were and I’m so glad I added them to our homestead. I’d you doubt that’s possible, give this show a listen and hear how many others have delightful experiences with their beautiful pigs

    Soo helpful and great ideas
I’m fairly new to this whole pig thing. City boy moved out to the country so it’s very nice to hear other opinions and what people are doing to raise pigs. Great ideas great people on here. I don’t know if it’s just where I am at the sound quality still needs work but I’m still down in the early part of your podcast. Besides that great podcast recommend it to anybody. Thank you

    Very helpful
We have farmed and raised hogs in woodland paddocks since 1999. Our farm is in East Tennessee. But you never stop learning. This podcast often contains a wealth of information that helps us rethink our operation.

    Awesome podcast !!!!
I have been listening to this podcast since 2019 and have listened to every episode. I absolutely love the way it is informative and interesting. I especially enjoyed the episode with Dowdle family farms being a native to south Mississippi. I would really enjoy being able to hear some episodes close to our zone we are a zone 9 here being close to the gulf.

    Great Podcast
Super informative with a great diversity of guests. Troy is able to keep the flow of interviews really well, other podcasts I listen to sometimes have long, almost uncomfortable lags in dialogue.

    Great show!
I started getting interested in pigs on pasture about 4 months ago, I new I could learn on the internet, but I never thought that someone could make a podcast on this topic AND it also be interesting!!! Troy has done what I thought would not be possible. This show is entertaining and extremely educational!!!! Please don’t stop recording!

    Enjoyable
I enjoy the various farmers interviewed from big to small and lifelong farmers to beginning farmers. The audio sometimes I find is off and makes it hard to hear the interviewee. The questions asked are in depth and explored in detail.

    Great show with diverse guests
The varying experiences and opinions the guests bring to this podcast is better than a formal university education. I enjoy this podcast and count down to each new episode

    A wealth of information!
Troy does a great job at interviewing the whole range of people from a two pig farmer to someone who raises hundreds. I’ve only raised two pigs last year but feel after listening to all the inspirational people he’s interviewed that I can and will raise more. I find myself enjoying Wednesday so I can listen to the next pastured pig podcast! God bless! CB from Delaware

    Great content, poor audio
The content is great and very much needed. However, the audio is often very poor, with the host and guests being at completely different levels and I’m having to constantly turn the volume up and down while listening. Get the audio sorted and you’ll have a five start podcast.
  • tworoostersfarm
