i started binging this a few weeks ago and i can’t stop. i just made it through the entire wolf story and the reactions had me stifling laughter at work. i also really appreciate the empathetic responses to the reddit/listener stories. thank you sarah for being open about your family. it’s refreshing to listen to someone who’s actually had to go no contact with a parent talk about it. you guys are both amazing and have really helped me through a rough few weeks 💖

I found APWSTR a couple months ago on Tiktok. Since then, I’ve watched every single episode on Youtube. Sarah is intelligent, kind, absolutely hilarious, and open. Josh is empathetic, funny, supportive, and amazingly understanding. The two of them have so much chemistry— they bounce off each other in such a way that it feels like the audience is included. It genuinely feels like hanging out with two of your best friends. Best of all, they seem to be having fun, and their happiness is infectious. Chilling with my dog and putting on APWSTR in the background has become one of my favorite activities. If you’re looking for a fun, insightful podcast that’s both comedic and real, I highly recommend APWSTR.

This is my favorite podcast. Sarah and Josh are the best of the best and you’re missing out if you haven’t heard the “5 uses for a stapler episode” I looked crazy in my car laughing hysterically by myself. I even find myself watching the podcast on YouTube. Very rare. Sarah is so funny and pretty and josh is very funny and have the perfect “podcast voice”. I’ve renamed the podcast in my own head. 🤷‍♀️ I was born and raised in Central Florida, I’m now breaching 40, and listening to this podcast feels like coming home in the best and worst ways possible. This couple feels like me. Like my friends. Like the people I wanted desperately to surround myself with. I finally broke free from Florida (thank you Seattle), but I love listening to them and feeling like I’m listening to long distance friends. Thank you for beautiful, funny, emotional, intelligent entertainment.

Finding this podcast was the only good thing Tiktok ever did for me. I subscribed to a bunch of advice/atia podcasts I found on the app just because I needed to kill time. But now, apwstr is the only one I will make time to keep up with. It’s also the only podcast that doesn’t compel me to skip the ads or banter. The hosts feel genuine and candid in their delivery, but not in a way that feels like forced-edginess. They really hit that perfect vibe of your friend coming up to you and saying “dude, you gotta hear about this f—ed up thing that happened” (idk if we can curse in reviews) and then sending you a quality meme to help balance out the heaviness. Anyway, even if you’re debating over whether or not to pick up “yet another” Reddit stories podcast, give this one a shot. There is more to this show than just Reddit stories, and those additions enhance the show for me instead of feeling like filler. Now that I’m no longer using tiktok, I’m glad I have this podcast as a souvenir.

She said she went to the doctor and they ruled out any conditions, but endometriosis can’t be ruled out without surgery. If the doctors ruled out vaginismus, which it sounds like they did, then endometriosis is a very likely explanation of her symptoms. The type of pain they were describing is not caused by not being wet enough. Endometriosis can cause painful intercourse. Some uninformed doctors will claim that they can rule out endometriosis with an ultrasound, but ultrasounds can only detect chocolate cysts which most women with endometriosis don’t have. MRIs can detect some lesions but it can’t rule it out. Surgery is diagnostic and provides treatment. I would recommend trying to finding a surgeon via nancy’s nook endometriosis education facebook group. Excision specialists have a better success rate than other surgeons sho perform surgery for endometriosis. While hormonal birth control can be used to treat endometriosis, many need surgery for it to be manageable. Lupron and orlissa don’t produce long term results and have many serious permanent side effects including significant bone density loss. If hormonal birth control has failed, the surgery is the best treatment option for endometriosis. I just wanted to write this review on the off chance that you guys still have this person’s email because it often takes a decade to get diagnosed with endometriosis after onset of symptoms.

I gave this podcast a chance and I enjoy listening to Josh and Sarah talking about literally anything.
